The chances of the devs retroactively adding a new, major variable (that basically all scenes would have to account for) are slimmer than anything that exists in more than two dimensions.
Not all scenes, cause Talk scenes rarely give a shit about your body. The only scenes that I see that would need revising for the four arms are sex scenes and a combat overhaul for them to function.
But like I said, I know that there is no way in hell that they would focus on the four arms thing when their main priority right now is the Myrellion story, other planets, the main story, and other major content.
