It's not happening atm, though I remember reading something about game engine having the groundwork for at least four possible positions for PC's genitalia.
It would be possible to add the tail pussy flag to gold myr abdomen, but the resulting scenes would be rather wonky, since the genitail scenes pretty much expect the relevant bits to be in the end of long, narrow, prehensile tails (as it is with the current examples).
Back genital slot, on the other hand, is used for taurs, so it wouldn't be a good fit with the current scenes either.

Amen. I'm not sure if it has been cut out entirely, but there's no way to set bust preferences in a way that would display it again.
Alternately, there are four genital spots in total: waist (mostly for bipedals), hind legs (for tauric legs), mid-tail/lower body (supposedly for specific naga-like lower bodies), and tail end (for driders and the like). If the genitals were tied to the tail anatomy (unlike the other kinds of genital tails), then there would need to be a lock for the legs and tail for that genital position type so that those parts never change with other transformations.
The main issue, however, is that there will be no scenes that support tail-positioned genitals and most sex scenes are written in the assumption that genitals are at least at the waist with maybe minor variances if the character is a taur--rarely if ever do they check the genitals actual position. If that were the case, there would need to be a huge overhaul of genital checks to make that work out...
I've done all I can do in that world for the most part other finish raising money for orange ant people. I want to stop the war altogether and move on to a new planet.

No I didn't know that. I thought the game was half done and the creators were just adding stuff to it here and there. I don't do a lot of reading up on the making of the game. I just read the story and character profiles and try to beat it. To me this like any other JRPG. Just with sex scenes. I try to be a decent character in it. Help people and strive to a goal. If I like a character I read up on their history. But I don't follow the development cycles.
When a game is in version 0.6.20, it means it is maybe six-tenths of the way to complete. More likely, cut that number in half, and that's barebones completeness. TiTS will not be feature-complete until 2019 at a minimum. You have a very, very long time to wait if you want to finish the game.

+1. More like six tenths of the way to an open beta release, in this case. Year of Free is probably going to be around the 1.0 mark (though we're probably a good bit closer than 6/10; Fen's really conservative with version numbers).

Naw I haven't But after the initial thrill wears off I'd feel guilty. I don't play Grand Theft Auto style. I don't wanna be an anti-hero or bad guy. I just want to be a hero who has sexual relationships with women and save the world thru out the galaxy. The is fun. Even at lv 8 maxed. And I have favorite characters. And a lot of Savin's creations have grown on me to the point I'd like a marriage feature. But no, I couldn't just go all out bad and just to a "fuck 'em and leave 'em" run as a alternate playthru. Don't know if you saw my suggestions on freeing Deliah from the brothel life like you can do with Reaha (which I did first chance I got) but that's how I play. I'd rather free him than get off on force fucking him. Epecially sence I'm a hetro guy (but play as a herm girl for more options).
BTW Has someone asked about a marriage or "end trench wives" option to be added?
EDIT: Now that I think about it, it may seem corny, but the main reason I'm attracted to this game (and the other too, played some of CoC and FoE too but stopped) is that I love JRPGs like Tales, Legend of Heroes, and FFs. But most never have the characters end up with real adult relationships. They just blush and confess love but it goes nowhere. Except Xenogears and FF7 where the lead is implied to have had sex at least once with the lead female. I miss that. I think if the world was coming to an end soon, I'd want to go kiss my wife at least once before we headed off to the brink. I know this game is verbal porn but it's still the closest I can get to have anime art with adult relations.

Hmm, I haven't played it but it looks like Record of Agarest War 1 & its sequel may have what your looking for (if JRPGs with implied sex is enough for you). Apparently the games have a "Soul Breed System" where you pick a bride at the end and later play as your offspring.
In fact, from what I've gathered, it looks like games by Idea Factory/ Compile Heart seem to have similar elements. Or, since I haven't looked into it a whole lot, their games may just mostly be DOAX style eye candy.
*Edit*: There's also several non-Japanese RPGs that have real adult relationships. But I'm sure you already know most of them or just don't have as great of an interest them.

I appreciate it. I just wish they had plots that were epic and could be taken seriously but just so happen to have mature adult relationships in them. Most that do have sex in them just seem to use it for a selling point not for plot of character bonding.
Quickly gonna debunk this. It doesn't look it when you purchase it, but the waifu is very strong with this series. And the implied relationships aren't so... well the reasoning for Agarest 2 is "since you failed your mission you must breed with one of these three chosen women and make a child to carry on your burden. Because fate says so... And fate also doesn't care whether you like each other." There's a library where you put unlocked photos of the female characters in various compromised positions. It's that sort of game. The plot's actually pretty good, but if realistic, heart moving relationships are the goal, this isn't it.

You're asking a lot; good luck finding a good game with both. If you willing to diversify, I suggest giving Eroge a try. Some have more game-y gameplay, while others are little more than visual novels. Anything by Key (Clannad/Kanon/Air), or Katawa Shoujo is a good place to start on the visual novel side. Type-Moon eroge (Fate/stay night) have a little more gameplay. All but Katawa Shoujo have anime adaptions because they are popular- the originals are always better though.
If you wanna talk more about relationship-y games and your woes in trying to find them, I suggest you new topic it. (Also someone please tell me if I just used 'diversify' wrong)
JRPGs are probably not where you want to be for mature anything, really. Several Western RPGs (esp. from the Black Isle/BioWare style of game design, eg. Witcher, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, even ol' Baldur's Gate 2) have player-controlled romances which are usually consummated during the story.
You can theoretically grow multiple tails, yes. I don't know off hand if taildicks support that, but the code itself does in general. So long as the tails are the same type.
Right now there's no in-game method of gaining multiples of tail-genitals. No cunt-snakes or little baby dick sprouts want to merge with the PC if they sense another one.
P.S. Planescape Torment had awesome, if entirely optional, romance plot-lines. Scottish half-demon roguish tsun-tsun. Nuff said.
Thanks for that, there are a couple sites that are very misleading about the system then. Especially with regards to Agarest 2 since they talk about a "Dark Love" feature that apparently triggers if you don't have an actual, loving relationship with your chosen mate. But I guess "Dark Love" and "Light Love" aren't all that different in terms of realistic expectations.
