I think you can have both if you choose Olivia path - you can choose to either hire, exile, etc the other lupines and keep Olivia. But you lose out on the genderbent Lupine ladies if you don't (initially) side with the Warlock dude. Lose out on Olivia if you choose the Lupine ladies though.
I don't have any art of Asynja yet. As for preg, that's a tentative 'maybe' for her. The door of possibility is open, but it depends on if I've got time and there's a general interest for it.
I'm absolutely interested in getting to preg Asynja.
