Idk if I'm the only one that has experienced this (and this is by no means a complaint) but the game feels easy even on the dark difficulty. Is there any way to make the enemies harder/spawn more combatants per encounter??
I agree with you on this.
You could populate the overall world with some harder encounters than an overall harder experience, as for ex.: with the Coastlands players have to pay more attention now whit most of the fights.
Yet even so for many builds with the new gear upgrades from that region, even those encounters become somewhat trivial.
Challenge yourself if the game itself doesn't anymore. You can always do solo- or ironman-runs or just use worse versions of skills if you want a challenge.
Only very few players play on dark and some that don't might get rightfully mad that development time would be spent on players like us three.
That is rare to be done as having the exact combination of survivability + damage output (for the most dificult of mobs wich mostly self heal or have healers with them), and than having to shift classes just for content purposes (you would miss alot of content because of missing companions in certain circustances, unless you would bring them only for that).
I have an warrior that is capable of such but than again it's just one character that i managed that way of all my chars.
Usually with how it is in rpgs - this one included - it's super super hard at the start and gets progressively easier as the game progresses. Usually you'd have to have your run fully mapped out to attempt such a thing.
On another note: I've finally beaten every encounter solo on dark, except Kas (which I won't even attempt), with my tanky paladin build. The level 2 spell "Roaring Storm" was actually the key to beating Amberoga and her crew in the Coastlands and Eyslaine in the arena.
