The format on the left shows your total Libido. The format on the right shows your base Libido +'libidoMod'. Which does not include Sexiness/Heat/Rut/ect. I'm not sure what even uses libidoMod, actually.

No. You can figure out when the various TFs happen and save-scum if you don't get them. TFs happen on the in-game hour, not on exact hour(s) after you've taken the Treatment.

I don't think 'guns are the best' is necessarily true. Different genres, different assumptions. Even in TiTS, the Shaline Ki-Bow compares decently to most guns. This is the better argument, I think. Vampiric is another high-value effect here.
