Ill keep it brief. Ive rescued her and done her quest, rescuing her friend and sending Sam off to gastioth to be later wifed up, but my question is about the "offer credits" button in her talk menu. I wanna help her get back on her feet but I dont know what I need to do in order to help her.

The last part of her story is unimplemented. Supposedly, it's been written and the art is done. If so, I don't know why everything else seems to have priority.

If you don't mess up her quest, Saen won't take your credits -- she's proud like that, to her own detriment.

Only if you get her buddy killed can you give her credits to make up for the shortfall.
