Question about the infertile perk in TiTs, can the synth womb "cure it" if so is there a way to do the same to the cock?

Wiki says Synth womb ignores all forms of contraception/infertility. The Fertite+ wiki entry seems to be contradictory it notes being unable to cure the Infertility perk but in its list of TFs it says it can remove it so Im not sure.

Edit the TF is an infertility status not the perk my bad.

Well I looked at breeders bliss and it says you need a virile cock to enter Rut so unless there is another option or this info is out of date I guess you cannot father a child with the infertility perk.
