    To Build a BImbo

Kineticist runs on Will and Int by default, but has perks that make it run on Libido and Aim/Physique instead. Instinctive Psifocus needs 125 Libido to match max Will. Because it scales with maximum Will, it's still better to get the Willpower Implant. Cumpire is really good on Kineticist...

    To Build a BImbo

Bimbo is simply having the Ditz Speech Perk. There's nothing stopping you from having a 'Bimbo' with maxed-out Int and Will. That said, Fuck Sense automatically converts most Int-based Class abilities to use Libido, instead, if it would get a better result. You probably want to stack Inhuman...

Fixed [0.9.162-PUBLIC#7102] Specific Tile Resets Tundra Step

Glacial Wasteland (UVGR I38) resets TUNDRA_STEP. But only when going West?

    Consumable question

Just did a test. Haywire Grenades don't Stun and do HP damage, but only to Robots(?) EM Poppers Stun, but don't do HP damage at all. Stun duration doesn't change. I'd stick with EMP Grenades. They're cheaper and more readily available. Remember you can use the Sort function to put consumables...

What I meant was 'the better grenades don't Stun at all'. Edit: See below.

They don't actually Stun at all. Edit: I misremembered. The behavior is inconsistent.

Fixed 0.9.162-BACKER-ELECTRON#7101100% Reflexes not high enough for new Azra expedition

Smugglers have the Jetpack Perk, not Mercenaries. There are two items* that allow flight, too. * Arctic Nurse Rescue Outfit, Light Jetpack. Accounted for by the canFly check, but not in the tooltip. Edit: hasJetpack should probably check for Booster Pack, too. Currently, it doesn't count for...

    Psionic Shielding VS Psytuned Vitality.

Stun-locks should be left out of discussions of viability, because reliable stun-locks render everything else irrelevant.

Fixed 9.1.62 New Game Femboification Bug?

Just tested it (both new and old games), and I haven't run into it. Playing on Edge (PC), if it makes a difference. You might want to post a save anyway. Also, there was a stealth hotfix for something-or-other. 0.9.162-PUBLIC#7102

I'd go Aim for Heat Vision. Most characters want either Aim or Physique, so having one for each makes sense to me. I don't know how they value secondary stats. I'm sure they'll nerf it if they think it's too much.

The tricky bit is your desire to make this useful for all Classes (though I suppose all Classes != all Characters). Kineticists have the least reason to care about Physique, but they have two similar options anyway.

Right, but what's the attacker's side? Or is it flat (based on Level)? If you're nixing the Energy refund, might be better to let it auto-hit, maybe with a Reflexes save for half. Also, how does damage scale? You could potentially do Damage: Physique, Accuracy(/Save): Aim.

-25 Energy +10(*Targets hit): -5 if two targets, +5 if three. +15 if you manage to get four. Less efficient as you defeat enemies in a given fight. What's the accuracy based on? As far as I can tell, Shield Bypass is considered a major part of a weapon's budget. (See: Sunsetter). I have noticed...

    1. Entropic Leech restores 5*(factor depending on your missing Energy)=(Max 25) 2. If it costs 25, but restores 10 on use, why not just have it cost 15? Can it miss? Is it per target? 3. Does the damage bypass Shields or just Freeze Chance? (Entropic Leech/Whip damage does not bypass Shields...

    "Alchemy" system like in CoC2?

There is no such system and making one would be a huge endeavor at this point. At best, you get individual items that allow more control. IIRC, the code allows for parts to be 'locked' so they can't be changed, but there's no way for the player to invoke it. There are two different Save Editors.
