Steele does not always ejaculate the entire stored quantity. Were you actually at (or close to) 0% Fullness afterward?

There is no 'cheat main menu' to my knowledge. There is a 'Silly Mode' main menu, which activates around April 1st.

It's a display bug. He just doesn't have the Flying icon. Stuns do ground him, but he starts Flying the turn it wears off? (Melee attacks don't work after he recovers, but hasn't taken an action next turn that ends with him Flying). There are a few other issues with him.
