It looks like it may be getting flagged at 500L instead of 50L. I just held down 1 and eventually got the email. There could also just be a time gate between when you hit 50L and when you get the email as well.

Unfortunately I'm not able to replicate the issue through the Subscribe Star download on either of my devices. Hopefully somebody else has encountered the same issue and has a workaround.

You might try backing your saves up using the save to file function and try a fresh install if you haven't done so already.

You just need to download each new patch and install the new apk file. No need to uninstall or back anything up.

What platform are running the game from? If it's mobile it's more than likely a permissions issue.

That could very easily break your game. I would recommend save editing and just deleting all Shizuya related flags so you can encounter her again. If you aren't comfortable with that there is a thread for other people editing your save for you.
