Given how stretchy the raskvel are, being able to pump out tons of massive eggs with no apparent negatives, I'd say that there should be a bit of hesitance on the part of the PC as they watch to see if the raskvel can take it, then continuing as planned.

That's the vanilla version of the game. The revamp mod has it's own wiki, so you probably found that instead of the vanilla wiki, which is here. A quick search for the Scarred blade there turns up no results, so it's probably not a vanilla weapon.

That's not true at all. Fen has specifically designed the way TiTS handles creative rights to avoid characters being abandoned, and then untouchable because the original writer controls what can be done with that character. If a creator is no longer around, or just isn't interested anymore...

The normal Siegwolfe is available at one of the shops on the first part of Uveto, and the bimbo seigwolfe is in Dr. Badger's shop. It should be noted that you can only have one or the other, you will need to sell the one you have if you want the other one to be available.

Neither Level 9 or the ship expansion content has a set date of release, but both are getting close to being released. Ship upgrades should be finished within one or two months, but for level 9 there hasn't been any official updates other than "soon".
