How do I play "The Silence"

The Smutosaur.us website talks about a side story/type thing about Kara called: "The Silence". It apparently dictates some key points of Kara's personality but I've not found it yet and I'm right before the Space Pirate base part of her storyline, did I miss it, or have I just not come across it yet?

The Silence can be found here, on Furaffinity. The outcome you get there does not currently dictate anything in TiTS, although it did for a short time many versions ago, and is planned to once again at some point in the future.
