Girth is multiplier to length, so you can get capacity troubles if you get too much of it. Unless you want specific scenes, 8-12 of length is optimal for maximal comptibility.

As far as I remember, Fox Berries have extremely high (if any) limit for cum multiplier, but bonus from one dose is relatively small. Though in mod it seems to be fixed, but it still can give you up to 5 lithers, just note that it considers current amount for limit, so unload your deposits...

You'll only have money problems on start. Enemies only drop money if they can have any, which is not the case for the most natives. You'll make money by side quests and valuable loot (like gems in Myrellion caves). And you barely have to spend any money for gear - all top things are from quests...
