I can think of a couple of ways you could lighten the workload of completing such a project. Maybe start by not setting such a high quota of scenes. I think what is ultimately more imporant is having not too many that you max out or reach a higher tier of dominance before you experience them all but not too few that you get bored trying to farm dominance. A balance between number of sex scenes and dominance point gains is key, more so than getting an exceptionally high number of scenes, in my personal opinion. I certainly remember getting annoyed by how long it was taking to fully dominate Arona… Of course, the more scenes, the better, but I think maybe 4 or 5 per character should be enough.
If you wanted to speed things up even more, perhaps only making like 2 or 3 scenes for each, or just for 2 for one (each taking into account what equipment you want to use), and then focusing the bulk of the work as a whole in scenes involving both characters would also work. I think it’d be cool to completely dominate one in the course of a couple of minutes and then have them serve as accomplices in dominating their respective partner like 5 minutes after they wake up from being fucked unconscious. For an example of a story that plays out more or less like this, look up Unearthed Desires in hentai foundry.
Really, I think there’s a lot of ways to execute this idea in a satisfactory manner—so long as you can think of a different factor to focus on and a corner to cut that maybe wouldn’t be missed so much—some requiring far less effort than the others. Maybe do the opposite of the approach I suggested above and focus the bulk of scenes in dominating and just a handful afterwards for actually dominating both partners. Maybe you wouldn’t enjoy most of the focus being put into one character, but I think it can still be enjoyable. Of course, that’s just me and my personal tastes, I would still enjoy it, maybe others would feel it’s not a proper execution of the initial concept because it would be focusing a little too much on a single character. That could definitely be a pitfall of such a project, giving too much focus to one character and leaving the other feeling incomplete or ignored in the pursue of, as you put it, streamlining.

Sure, Ryn is great, I quite like her. But saying she's the only wholesome relationship? Have you never met Brienne my friends? Lady is the embodiment of wholesome from head to toe - or hoof I guess. Hmm, but most of Brienne wholesome scenes are locked behind sexual content, and especially behind pregnancy.

Ryn, in contrast, you can take on dates, casually hug and give teddy bears, Brienne is mostly lovely dovey if you have baby with her or fuck her. Which isn't bad, mind you, but if you ever tried playing a pussy only champ, her wholesome moments are to far between.
