I'm curious, can you tell me what made the hardlight strapon in TITS different from a writing standpoint? Did the staff working on CoC2 decide that what they did with the hardlight in TITS wasn't worth the effort in retrospect, so this time they're gonna do it differently?

Magicock was decided early and future proofed for so it could be supported with minimal effort. Also cum shots/loads are written into the scenes with variations for amounts, but there's always some. Accommodating your request would mean rewriting scenes instead of just having a parser check and slightly adjust text in a scene to account for a ghost cock. At least that's my take on it.
Either way, it means extra work for a likely small fraction of people that will care. It's like why there's no virginity loss scenes for most everything you might fuck.
Hardlight straps can't sub in for actual cocks in scenes, and so require their own bespoke content for acknowledgment. That means a lot more writing work for the content that does get in, and a lot less incorporation into the game than magicock is meant to allow.
Did the fact that some mod gave you a warning and referred to this as a worthless idea when you first tried posting this in the wrong place not give you a hint? You see the discussion happening right now about how non-cumming ghostlight dildos aren't happening because of the extra work that would require? Imagine how much work it would take for the large amount of NPCs the game has to recognize the Champion as a member of Race X.
There are places where the game will do this, when it's relevant (Cait will recognize your race at the start, if you started out an Orc it can come up during Right of Conquest, Wyld Elves can react differently to some of Ryn's dialogue etc) but the kind of thing you're asking for would be ridiculous amounts of work for basically zero gain, seeing that some of those don't even make sense from a 'would this character really care about the Champion being X' perspective. And non-bipedal bodies are flat-out never happening for the Champ or companions.
Something that came to me while discussing our joys of the game: A scene kind of like what you can do with Kiro in TiTS where the Champion and Brint (it wouldn't work for Brienne obviously) play wingman for one another either at the Frost Hound or some appropriate watering hole in Khor'minos. Not that either character needs any help getting laid but just a fun thought.
Okay, you're new and that probably was a bit more aggressive than warranted, so hopefully I haven't scared you away or anything. Just... yeah, it's an idea that's not gonna happen.

I've been wondering why Brienne had this change. Brint admitted he loved my champion but we both talked about our separate flings. Suddenly getting gender bent changes the opinion to wanting to be monogamous but only on her end?
I have this feeling that the curse affected her in a much more damaging way. At first I thought female minotaurs just had different reactions to their libido but what we've seen of other Bovines don't really add up...
Brint says a throw away line of them actually doing something when you ask him about his opinion on Cait.
We see other changes between Brint and Brienne as well - Brint thinks of Arona as being kind of a jerk but a fun bro, Brienne thinks she's an idiot and dangerously incompetent leader; Brint doesn't comment on you fucking Kasyrra at Winter City, Brienne gives you a bit of a talking to; Brint tops, Brienne bottoms; Brint is pretty stoic about his hometown, Brienne talks about how she broke her mother's heart by leaving.
As Brint, he comments that women in his society are a bit... docile? It's possible that the personality change is a result of Brienne getting doused in minotaur estrogen, making Brint a steady but aloof low-maintenance minotaur and Brienne a very attached and empathetic but still fairly low-maintenance cowgirl. Or, yeah, cursed genderbending armour could be a factor.
If I recall correctly Brint doesn't simply change genders he becomes a whole different person. So Brienne isn't female Brint she's her own person. Just because Brint was a fuckboy bro doesn't mean that will transfer to Breinne being a slut. Also it's probably weird to be talking about all the times you dicked down women when you're the one getting dicked down now idk
Wsan has said that the armor and associated curse will get a lot more explanation during the course of Khor'minos' story, so that should also cover the personality changes that make Brienne more than just 'Genderbent Brint'.
With wayfort content coming up I hope to see a permanent alchemy table. Just somewhere to go do your crafts without having to start a new camp or pay ivris.
Oh good, now I feel better about destroying the armor the first time back when I didn't even know what it would do.
It doesn't just genderbend you, it effectively kills the wearer's personality and overwrites it with a new one. Nice to see that there were absolutely terrible people around even before Kasyrra became involved.
As for actual content I would like added: It's more of a mechanic.
I noticed that as the number of NPCs and companions at the Frost Hound increases the guest tab becomes kind of full. There are guests who stick around after they've worn out their welcome (mostly NPCs whose quests are done like Solveig) and those who pop in and out (goat girl and goblin clothier).
Maybe the menue should be split into guests and a separate tab for companions to de-clutter it a bit?

But since we are on this topic, I do have to say, I do find it kind of a shame that armour does that kind of 180 on Brints personality. While I personally prefer Briennes relationship with the champion and her sexual content. Having it all come from the curse kind cheapens the whole gender bend aspect/fetish of it. Like, as everyone noted, the two bovines have such different relationship goals and characteristics that calling them related seems such a stretch. Brienne feels more like a late stage character select then anything.
But at same time, the writer probably does not want to get bogged down by ugly implications of being changed against your will. Physically and mentally. And as others noted, the curse is going to be explained sooner or later.
But since we are also on role play angle. I do wish we had more of it. Especially daddy/mommy role play . Not only with Brint, but with Brienne/Ryn as well . They would be into, especially Ryn going by her breast feeding scene. Or to have Lyric call us their Queen/King while we call them pet or something. Anything really.

Also WolframL will probably pull a linked post out of thin air like he always does(I say this with love) but I think this will happen. There are several instances of high up ledges with most of them mentioning it would be easy to get there if you could fly.
Not sure why Harpy transformation wouldn't give it to us but seeing as there are more TFs for races that can fly, including a Valkyrie one, I'm sure we'll get it and my Lightning punch to the harpies will be less anime.
You don't pay Ivris for the privilege, you're literally using electrum coins as a component of the alchemical process. Reread her tutorial on the subject.
That said, adding an alchbench to the Wayfort is not a bad idea.

1: There was a lot of hubub in game about the Godswar and the Wraiths causing the collapse of many once-grand civilizations, and the title of Dark Knight is explicitly said to have belonged to those mortals who chose to join the Wraith's army as high-up warriors and commanders in exchange for power.
2: Fairly certain it's stated in-game that the armor was (probably) an old relic that was once used to turn marefolk men into marefolk women, since they've had to deal with the issue of the men goes feral once they reach adulthood for much longer than their potions and drinks have been around.

You do realize the Wayfort is A Thing, right? We're gonna be able to rebuild it and apparently do all sorts of things up there. No need for a house when you've got a swanky fortress in the making and (depending on how you go about it) potentially a throne too.
