I'd like to see more of Doctor Illustria Po. I wasn't really satisfied with how she was handled from a story perspective: she pops up out of nowhere, threatens to (and possibly succeeds at) bimbofy Kiro and given that some options end in her death, it's clear there were no intentions of doing anything further with her. That all seems too abrupt for someone who seemingly had a lot of work put into her, and having her become a recurring antagonist is, IMO, a much better use for her. I could easily see her developing a rivalry with Steele over them continuously beating her and becoming fixated on dollifying them as a result.
Think about it from her perspective: she's going about business as usual (i.e. dollifying pirates and other outlaws), when suddenly some hotshot adventurer tears through her security to rescue her current subject, who is apparently one of their friends. No matter what happens next, that's a serious blow to her pride in her work, which would lead to no small amount of resentment. And if this Captain Steele character actually manages to defeat her in combat, that would only make things worse. Rinse and repeat several times, and Po comes to view Steele as the biggest threat to her ever. Now, instead of trying to dollify this known pirate associate being business, it's personal; turning Steele into a sexdoll removes the biggest threat to her operations and provides some sweet revenge.
Even killing her might not necessarily be an obstacle to this; she's heavily cyberised, so it's not a stretch for her to have backup bodies she could upload her mind into in case her current body gets killed. In fact, it could even be a running theme that Steele (or someone else) can 'kill' her every time they meet, and it only makes her even more pissed at Steele.

Has anyone brought up the idea of a character with multiple heads like conjoined twin sisters, a couple who decided they wanted to share a body or maybe just someone who took some experimental gene mods to gain an additional head?

What determines the concept of the individual?
If you were to make a clone of yourself and you two had the same memories, so that you couldn't know who the original is, would they be different people?
If you went back in time if you found your younger self, could you say that they are the same person?
If you travel to another dimension and find a parallel version of yourself, would it still be you?
It is the most important question of all:
In any of these scenarios, if you went there and fucked your other self, would that be incest or masturbation?

The ability to impregnate Sydian Cuntboy would be nice , some content addition to Sh'ziad and Queen of the Deep and some scenes for your raskvel offspring.
I would like to see the Tech Specialist that focuses on drones have an extra “drone” slot that is exclusively available to them, any character can use a drone in the “accessory” slot, I think the TS should have the option to have at least 2 drones or a drone and an alternate accessory. If they specialize in tech then they should be able to access and effectively use more of it than other characters. Also I’d like to see more public updates, people who can’t afford to be a backer shouldn’t have to wait months for new content while those who can vet multiple updates each month. Every 3rd update should be public.
There is a public build every month bro.
I don't know if it is just how you worded that sentence but you sounded extremely ungrateful there. The developers "shouldn't" have to do more than what they are already doing, they are putting out quality content every month or so and you are sounding like they owe you more.

Public once a month is a much better thing and shouldn't be changed. I mean it's always been like that for a while and the idea of making it shorter is a bit demanding. Now, if you can compare to those that take a much longer time for a public build, then you can understand that this is a much better bargain of your time. I hope this water had help and enjoy Thankgiving tomorrow!
It may suck having to be patient for the Public Patch, but you get all of the previous months content, with bugfixes, for free. I for one, think that's a great deal and am thankful for it.
I even agree with the part of more drones for technicians!
But honestly, the way you put your argument about public updates is nothing more than the kind of misinformation-based argument that militants used to revolutionary use to try to justify their actions!
Developers are under no obligation to the non-paying public, and the simple fact that they make the free monthly content available to the public is already much more than most developers already do! Just so you know, in Cloud Meadow, the last public update of the demo, was in February this year!
I bought the CoC2 version from Steam, so I can demand and complain about things related to Steam, like Automatic updates, Achievements, The game opens in a separate window instead of taking over full screen, Hot-fixes, Cloud saving AND ONLY THAT, NOTHING ELSE! Because I paid to have these advantages!
If you want to demand something, shut up and open your wallet to support an independent production that only got where it is now because it has always offered quality service and because they are a company that gives due attention to its fans!

For a Lady Captain that doesn't have a dick, there's Saendra. Tho she can be talked into getting one.
There's also Beatrice. We aren't lacking for lady captains.
I mean we also have Erra as she is a lady and captains her own ship. It also feels more genuine than Saendra and Beatrice as she actually flies around to different planets like Kiro does.

Honestly are there any male space captains?
I think the owner of the ship Shizuya is on is a guy and the guy you help transport goods to Uuveto is a guy. that's about it.
Even if the ship is owned by a guy Shizuya's still the captain. And yeah. Zaalt is the only named male space captain I can think of. There's also the generic dudes in space battles, but, well, you don't see them or know their names. Meanwhile we know two of the female pirates piloting ships we fight, too.
