Very much depends on how the dev team feels. Considering it's bottom of the list forever now, I wouldn't be surprised to hear it got dropped for time constraints.

Yeah Birbs also wrote a pretty hefty expansion for the character that was pretty fucked up and got rejected.

Yeah, feel the same, though that probably is average for Champs in the game, and the fact that Khor'minos and horsefolk live in the area probably really ups the average. As for the balls, that's likely just authors forgetting use the [pc.hasBalls] parser and add in an alternate line. It can probably be noted in the Bug and Typos forum, though beleaguered, overworked Teawolf probably won't rewrite anything, they can let the author know (if available) to add a fix or line in, but that depends on them.
I think they got it mixed up with TiTS:where your "porn star sized" 11 inch dick doesn't really fit in any of the Hyraxi and 12" doesn't fit in Red Myr.
fair, that, within the world, it probably is average, and i supose the game cant consider wether i play a 12 foot minotaur or something, but idk, as someoen who's playing like a 5 foot 4 herm with a 13 inch schlonger reading it's average on my petite body type preferance is kinda insane :x but it is hard to really fully have all this stuff perfect, that's fair. but it still bothers me
