Yolihuali and Hjorr missing

I think you need to talk to the other folks in the Light Palace--specifically Annika and Lumia, but I don't properly remember the order. (They're in public, they've been around for a while!)

As I recall, you need to either complete the postal delivery sequence (which I think starts by asking Lumia about Eira, then 'Mail'), or speak to Lumia about breeding (either her 'Kids' talk or ask about maternity duty - you might need to speak to her more than once until she shows up pregnant before these trigger). Maybe both.

so ask Lumia about Valkyries and visit nursery or fuck Eira,

Hmm no - I do not believe so. I saw only some check on virility, fertility, womb and cock rather than pregnancy - again I would need a save file to check what is the problem. Also you can check this flag in save file LUMIA_MATERNITY_HELP.
