Will there ever be a IOS version of FoE?

I'm really interested in this and would love to have a portable version. But i only have a Iphone and no intentions of getting a new phone soon.

Due to how Apple handles apps, I'd say this is very unlikely, and outright impossible if your phone isn't jailbroken.

And unless you have enough money to get a new phone, avoid jailbreaking it, as it is very easy to get it bricked

Sorry, should've mentioned my phone is jail broken already. Would it be possible like CoC and TiTs?

No, I believe i get IPA's.

Then I'm not really sure. All I can suggest, is that you check Google, there are a few programs that could help you to run them, but they are things like emulators.

Well still no official app, ( for iOS ) but here's an alternative to save files & back-them-up ( on iOS ) so you can basically always have a save ( unless the server pulls a Houdini again )
