I can understand the appeal of being a super virility and/or fertility goddess to be something of a turn on, but there is a definite disconnect in my mind between "having loads of kids because you can and you're just that good at it" and "having kids that you care about with a character you care about". They both get me going, but are somewhat mutually exclusive.
C'mon, it's human nature. Give four people a free slice of pizza and dollars to donuts that at least two of them will say you didn't give them their favorite toppings. And another will sniff and say that they don't like pizza.
Oh, and what I really hope to see later on is Steele taking Anno, Kaede and Sera out for a speeder ride. That can possibly, maybe, hopefully be a thing right? No sex, just something fun for everyone to unwind. Well, maybe Dom Sera could get a blow job afterwards.
Forced tf is a great fetish, and i would be extremely happy if it was in the game.
For the ones who don't want it, they could just not toggle the forced tf like in CoC with the worm fetish.

A fetish becomes a "wrong fetish" when neither the creator of a game nor the bulk of its players want it.
They are fetishes blacklisted like bestiality, vore and underage sex...
But those won't be in the game, however as long as you have to toggle fetishes to see them it won't cause any problems.

Even without, there's warning like ''if you help the catgirl at Tel'Adre, you will end up fucking it, are you sure ?'' And even then, you can still back out...

Yeah, but then that requires writers to tag every scene that caters to that particular fetish, and plan alternative routes. And I think pissplay is blacklisted along with scat
Yeah, pretty sure that's not in the base game; the behemoth only appears in the mods and pissplay was already banned back when CoC was still in development

Pissplay is not my fetish, but i was compelled to see the content because it was hidden.
I don't have turn off(even scat,guro and necro), so i have trouble understanding the blacklisting of fetishes...
And even real life fetishes are okay as long as they're kept under check. But that's a different can of worms I am not going to open now.
That's because (as far as I know) TiTS doesn't have any toggleable fetishes. Instead of blowing writers' heads, we simply know there are things that are not acceptable and things that Fen might find veto-able.
Behemoth, the lizan rogue watersports scene and the prison module. Kitteh tried some things that pretty much backfired, and forever tarnished the mod's image.

I'm setting up for the next rush. But instead of having a single heir I'm going to include ALL MY KIDS. Think of it as my head canon way of trolling the galaxy.
I think most of the blacklisted fetishes are either
A) Disgusting to a large majority due to lack of hygiene (scat/watersports)
B) Morally wrong to a large extent (necrophillia)
Or C) Not fun gameplay wise. Getting forcibly transformed will make a lot of players angry, especially when their perfectly crafted steele suddenly grows cat ears.
Likewise, npc transformations are probably also hard to write and implement, since ive heard that Bess was an absolute nightmare to do, and most people would rather not foribly do a morally wrong thing.
Personally, i am very open to anything, so i dont mind this kind of stuff, but the large majority would rather not play TiTS and have a scene where you hold Kase down and forcibly give him breasts.
Npc transformations are fine on their own, the game uses parser calls that adapts some of the text to the body parts an NPC has.
The main issue is writing or rewriting scenes that take the new body parts into account.
Take Bess : she is too customizable AND has a story arc involving 3 personality variants AND can be a man or a woman.(and JimT included variations for gender as well).
That means anyone who wants to write for Bess has to write for all configurations of all of these, and coding it is worse (branching paths upon branching paths)
As for forced tf on Npcs, I don't think that would be an issue, since there is bimbofication in the game.

Urine is sterile. Whilst inarguably it should be properly cleaned up, it's objectively not worse than cum in hygiene terms in any way.

I mean dr Badger is a way for a naive steel to fall into depravity but lets be honest.. Dr badger is far from great content...its too much and too vague on what will happen.
