It is however one of my most ambitious projects yet, including a full quest vs the pirates of Zheng Shi feat. two special guests as well as a couple of unique mechanics and customisation once she has been rescued. I'm about 150 pages deep and 2/3rds done, as an idea. So look forward to that... eventually.

Ok, brainstorm time!

1. Testicle impregnation, we already got body invasion in some varying degrees, so why not testicle pregnancy? Beth Carver actually does do illegal stuff with her business:

• Reaha threatened to "lawyer up", and was punished by more of what she was threatening to lawyer up over. That's definitely some form of abuse.
• The sex that Reaha and (optionally) Del have to endure almost certainly counts as rape, as neither of them gave free and informed consent (Reaha's consent was not informed, and Del's was not free). Given the meetings with Carver on Tarkus and her representative during the Dhaal party, that treatment is definitely part of her usual MO. (There might also be more in her dealings with Paragon, but as I've never done that version of the Farrow, I don't know the details.)
• Even if you count neither of the above, losing the first battle of SaendraQuest2 will result in being enslaved by Dread Lord Bragga and sold directly to Carver after some "training", confirming that she does indeed have dealings with the Black Void (and is a slave-owner, to boot).

It's just that the rest of her business (the brothel, catering services, etc.) gives all that a legal front, which presumably helps obfuscate the crimes going on. I honestly expect that she's bribed government officials into looking the other way.

From my understanding, indentured servitude is closer to "taking a job to pay off debt" than to "slavery", and the indentured individual still has all the same rights as any other person - at least, in theory. In practice, it can be (and has been) easily abused, whether into debt slavery (e.g. as mentioned in Yammi's talks prior to recruiting her) or through other definitions of abuse (e.g. Carver's work).

I'm not convinced this is 100% the case; we know that not all jurisdictions have the same protections for indentured servants (e.g. Vesperia has very strong protections, which is why Kally got her time as one there instead of somewhere else), but I'm sure most places would have at least some protections that would supercede any contract.

There are many things id like to see in this game, but 2 really stand out as being both actually plausable to happen and being objectively (in my opinion) improvements.

First off is to make it so that we get the coordinats for Uveto from Burt after talking to him after Syri leaves Mhenga. That just makes sense, ya know? Plus more ways to get to Uveto are always good.

Second, make it so we dont need to grind out Roos blackjack gamegasm 10 muck fothering times to get her panties. As it stands right now its nothing short of carpal tunnel inducing to get them.

Fair enough! and yeah if you look at most cases, A LOT of the indentured servants really do not have any uh real easy way to argue about the legal part of things, Reaha was stuck on a wall more or less.
