What Content Would You Like Added?

Best to ignore those kinds of posts, they're just firestarters that want to ruin everybody else's fun in what is only a fantasy and has no bearing on the real world. I'd even go as far as to call them kinkshamers, if I had to stoop down to that sort of language.
If you're interested, Perdita and the Raskvel Dockmaster in TiTS and a bunch of stuff in CoC2 were written by Mutiny!!'s author.
This is a huge thread so I apologize if this has been suggested about a thousand times and I've not seen it. I wanted to look at the concept of the characters interactions with the world having an effect on the character, the only word that comes close is non-consensual transformation, I'm hoping this doesn't mean something completely different or far more extreme than I am meaning it.
Now I don't know what something like this would look like on the coding-end or if it would cause major problems to implement so I am interested in hearing feedback from all angles. I did run a simple search and regarding non-consensual transformation and I saw a few people bringing up the idea of a carefully manufactured character. This is an interesting idea to me as when I play games like this or CoC or Flexible Survival I always took it as a given that my character was going to transform at some point. I like starting off with a character concept and letting the events and characters they interact with change them. I have found a few interactions where this can happen, the event on Poe (I think the planet is called) is a big one, loved it. I wonder if there is a way to ramp up those types of random interactions but maybe not so much as to render your character a mish-mash or immobilize them from how hypertrophied from several sets of massive genitalia. one idea would be an option chosen in the same vein as turning on silly mode were your immunization didn't take like it should have where your body will alter every so often when losing to an enemy but your taint also grows at a slower pace and can shrug it off a little quicker than normal. I guess the concept is to allow the world to have a dynamic effect on the character over time but I wouldn't want it to trivialize transformations or completely wipe out a character's sense of self.
Another idea could be a dream or nightmare that happens after a few failed combat encounters where the character can mentally process the trauma of the events and if so choosing they wake up with a few new additions that their subconscious forced onto their form. this way, those that like their form can still keep the body they like and still get the benefit of a new subsystem, and those that like a more chaotic nature of the world can manifest it onto their helpless character.

Thank you for the feedback, as you can see in the second paragraph (I'm sorry, it was a long post I know) I do mention Poe as I did like the choice and consequence of some choices. you bring up an interesting set of options in the Cunt snake and membrane. both of these as well as the Sandworms on Tarkus are good examples of current enemies that can have an effect on the character. and I am sure on another post I could brainstorm some other features that could expand the parasites of the game, but as it stands those are completed enemies and I would hesitate to just adjust those instead of looking at a new system.

Is steele supposed to birth eggs? Cuz I remember with shekka, my Steele somehow lays eggs, even though she’s a kaithrit, i know that rasks do lay them, and I’d understand if shekka got pregnant, but steele?
I'm not quite sure with Raskvel, but I do know that the Bothrioc and Nyreans put eggs inside of you.

An npc or enemy that used to be a simple mannequin but has been hollowed out and is being marionetted from the inside by a hive mind of tube-like tentacles. Their queen would be long enough to cover the length from the doll's mouth to the opened-up section of the mannequin's crotch, and would have the responsibilities of DNA acquisition and communication with non-hive entities. Why has this species occupied these doll-like shells? The workers from the doll factory that has dumped the rejects down into a seemingly bottomless hole was easier to lure, trap, and subsequently milk with a familiar shape than with a wriggling alien mass.

Between raskvel (including Shekka) and the Frostwyrm, my guess is that when a species that gives birth to live young reproduces with a species that gives birth to eggs, the resulting children are born in eggs regardless of which parent is the mother.
But then why steele gives live birth as a lethian? Don’t they lay eggs?

Lethian Steele is still HALF-HUMAN. That's why the base chance of knocking up Ellie is still so low with a Lethian Steele. Logically, if you want shit to make sense, then aliens should not be able to knock each other up, unless its an eggnancy, or you subscribe to the horny precussors idea.

Hybrids between live-birthers and egg-layers (e.g. a half-leithan or half-gryvain Steele) would likely go either way, depending on the other parent's species; so, if the other parent is a live-birther, the kids would be born live, while if they're an egg-layer, the kids would be born in eggs. If they're also a live-birther/egg-layer hybrid, then either it would depend on which genes the kids inherit, or all bets are off.
but shouldn’t it depend on the reproductive system of the one that’s giving birth? Because a kaithrit shouldn’t be able to magically manifest an egg inside them

The chill pill can reduce your libido to 3 through repeated use, and they can be bought at various vending machines. However, if your taint is above 3, or you have something that raises minimum libido (if you ever use the dumbfuck pill, your minimum libido is raised to 40, so you can't go below that), you won't be able to go below that threshold.
Lust does currently cap at 75% through passive gain, but a lot of things seem to raise your lust out of combat above 75%. Although, you can walk around freely at 0 HP, and that's when you're physically wounded enough that you instantly lose combat if you get into an encounter. And both can be restored, manually, through either resting or items for health, or masturbating for lust. Perhaps, to let the player know the risks, there should be an alert in the textbox describing a tile? But if you're not paying enough attention to notice the UI in the top right, you may not be paying enough attention to read some line of text, especially given that there are many text notifications in the game that I ignore.
I wonder if it'll be possible to self fuck your character as a masturbation option if their dick(s) are flexible enough or prehensile and if so would it be possible to impregnate themselves ?
Funny thing is that incest doesn't inherently lead to defects. It's only when having two copies of the same bad recessive gene that it leads to defects. Which admitttedly has a high chance of happening between family members regardless, but if your genes are "pure" as in none of your genes are the bad recessive kind that leads to defects if you had two of them then it's pretty much just a nature-born derivative of cloning.
If you want to look at incest gone relatively okay then look at cheetahs. Each and every single one of them is so closely related and have so little genetic variability between them due to prolonged periods of inbreeding that you wouldn't be that far of from just calling them imperfect clones.
Only question that remains is if it is possible in the TiTSverse to impregnate yourself, then would things like the microsurgeons take care of any defects your offspring would have if you had some bad recessive genes and managed to do so?

Think coding for a game like TiTS is complicated? Imagine coding the microsurgeons to make the billions of possible decisions on which genes are bad and which are good when it comes to passing them on to your child. Especially when you could have traits from X number of species* intertwined with your original human DNA.
*I forget how many species TiTS TFs support and can't be arsed to count right now.

Edit: Wait a minute. Parthanogenesis is a thing in some earth species. The females basically impregnate themselves with that. If I was in charge of the microsurgeon dev team I'd make sure a parthanogenic protocol would be included just in case.
