No, it was specifically Tanis's Greatbow. It originally had stats worthy of a Myrellion weapon, but could be gotten on Mhen'ga after a single random encounter to get a zil bow.

Personally, I'd love more "characterless" sex scenes, either via static locations (like the Corrupted Glade in CoC) or toys. Hell, maybe even a room/area addon for the ship. I'm thinking penetrating things like mechanical tentacles, tentacle pits/plants (like the Cockvines and Venus Pitchers, love those), rideable machine/organic/biomechanical toys or simply things like the Self Stimulation Belt in CoC. - I think it would be cool to (maybe eventually) get different main ships, for variety's sake. Perhaps with the ability to store unused ones in some kind of storage hangar, like the standard inventory system.
- In a similar vein, player owned houses in various locations with unlockable rooms/decoration/interactions could be fun, especially when twinned with the first idea I mentioned.
- A sci-fi/cyberpunk city location. Think Neo Tokyo, Coruscant, Blade Runner's LA, etc. Makes sense for a sci-fi game, right?

From what I understand, ship upgrades are planned for after proper space travel is implemented; that should include acquiring different ships. There's already a planned location for them though, and that's Steele's hangar on Tavros station.

Well, you can write and submit some yourself (though I strongly advise you to check out the writing and submission guides if you do), commission/throw money at an author to write them for you and hope they get implemented, or wait for someone to write them on their own.

You already can. By being gryvain or half-gryvain and not having external testes
The game doesn't describe you as having internal testes unless you start off as a half-gryvain, and even then if you get modded there's no way to get them back.
