Indeed, characters like Aurera & Claire currently have piercings on their bodies. COC and TITS also have some unique jewelry piercings that can be added to PC's body. However, I hope that the current tattoos can also add some effects, such as Ivy and vines tattoos on the chest can increase milk production or production rate, even some perks related to milk, like Mega Milk and Milky, as part of character building.

Tattoos of wings covered on shoulders can give PC a special power about wings, tattoo of a demonic heart right above pussy can bring some special effects or perks to PC, such as Breeder, Ferility+, Messy Orgasm or Lubricated Pussy, or more Vagina Wetness.

Tattoo of heart-mark above asshole can give PC extra anal wetness or Butt Slut, there are many special effects and functions that can be extended and added to these tattoos, just like Runes. I think it would be fun to use these tattoos to make PC into more perfect sex dolls.

This is an idea I've seen in another game called "Lilith's Throne" where tattoos can give you various customisable effects, such as; the ability to hold creampies without leaking; a number that updates to show different statistics; and even base stat increases.

It's a decent game, but there isn't a great deal of story there yet and the interactive sex scenes, while an interesting idea, loses it's novelty pretty quickly.

if the PC had progressed the romance with Brienne and married there then you’d defend khor minus.

Soul bound to Lumia? Defend winter city with the rest of the Valkyries and elves of course.

PC became a floof? Defend the den (show them all how it is done)

now if if the PC has become a dark knight and romanced Kaz….i dunno. Maybe help her and defend whetever she is from an portal experiment gone wrong and fight wraiths?

After playing a little bit of Skyrim recently, and noticing hints of it in some scenes with Kiyoko; I think it might be neat for Kitsune PCs to at some point unlock a fox-demon transformation state like Vampire Lord form in Skyrim, enhanced stats and an altered suite of abilities for a set number of rounds or until toggled off in combat.

Maybe as a special ultimate, or only with a specific item equipped (somewhat similar to the fox gem) accompanied with a scene of Keros, or just the PC's own family (Kiyoko/Kinu or Tetsuya) discussing the nature of that form with them. Also +1 on a "Full Kitsune set" of gear (I will never take off this Senninbari)

Advanced classes? Not at the start of the game, but latter, unlocked via quests and, in some cases, filling requirements. Kinda sad that my ranger is actually thief. Then there could be hexblade/magic swordman, if character have certain skills from warrior&black mage classes as well as have done quest. Some sort of grey mage (black+white mage), could be fun too. Or maybe engineer/artificer class?
Ability to change background maybe? As you progress through the game. As you get fame and titles, your background also changes. You are no longer some noname adventurer, but a figure of renown.
Another problem (although could be wrong here, judging by what I have seen on wiki, since my first run is pure champion) is that there are very very few characters you can corrupt, if you are playing corrupted champion. If MC goes "demon" path, having ability to corrupt your companions&other npc is sort of essential? What's the point of being corrupted, aside being able "formally" pursue Kas (without tricks like running to give donations for good Pastor, so he remove your accomulated corruption)? Would love to see Brienne actually turned demon or Caith became so depraved that she renounce Mallach and start only worshipping your dick/pussy.

I think the game can still differentiate a Resolve or Tease defeat. It just doesn't have separate 'life bars' for health and resolve. Theoretically you could smash someone with a club down to 10 health and then Tease them and it would be a Resolve victory. It is kind of on the writers to have different endings for when that happens (and if they don't, it's really not important to have a different bar anyway, rather than just consolidated damage). Though maybe that isn't your whole concern.

Tease defeat really doesn't matter. I'm more interested in the gameplay aspect of it, even though it was implemented terribly

I think it would be cool if they reintroduced Resolve in the same way recent Fallout games handle radiation damage - the damage is semipermanent and reduces your total usable hp pool. Items like winterstem can have a calming effect that will reduce resolve damage like radaway does radiation in Fallout (while also healing your hit points as well).

It fits perfectly with the overall idea of corruption as overindulging into the given persons desires to the point of twisting them to their own opposite or, more generally, something malign. In the case of Cait, twisting her desire to use her sexual prowess and perceptiveness to the benefit of all those who need her help to the entirely selfish want exclusively to please the PC, not because its good for him/her (since it only feeds back into the PC's corruption) but because it gratifys her.

Yep and it could be applied to corrupting companions/npc in general. Twisting their desires to slowly twist themselves. You are sort of taking on role of Slaanesh from Warhammer, except those your corrupted reach "satisfaction", unlike slaaneshits who constantly seek "new highs", since old ones don't satisfy them anymore.
