Given the opportunity to marry Varena and Etheryn is probably fairly inevitable, how about a "Royal Summit" featuring all your noble spouses? Perhaps your Marefolk chieftainess and Centaur chief's daughter might fancy showing up as well?

You know what would be cool? Whatever level gives us our final class perk, instead we can choose to subclass one of the other classes instead of getting our chosen class' final perk, giving us the level 1 perk of the class we choose as our sub. Think of the potential, could go Black Mage with Rogue Subclass to make your debuffs act as a damage increase, or you could go Warrior so you can wear Heavy gear and go an Eldritch Knight style build. Or subclass Warrior as a White Mage and get a true paladin build. Or White Mage with subclass in Black Mage to increase your crit chance. Depending on what you are building it could be worth the loss of the powerful main class perk and add a LOT of diversity to the end game.
Probably won't happen, but figured it be fun to toss the idea out there.

if it's an ultimate that has you transform in flavor text to nuke the enemy, that would indeed be awesome and I would love to have that
I hope for this every update since it would make summons way more interesting to use.
A second magical Chastity Belt. Remembering to move it between Etheryn and Alissa is what is technically known as a pain in the neck. On a similar subject, a scene with Etheryn and Yusra would be entertaining.
Also, in the same way that Etheryn is always at the inn and on her Throne, and Arona is always at the inn and on HER Throne, could Brienne be at the inn and at home with her mother and sister so I don't have to remember to bring her along?

Anything to make Etheryn be more dominant. Preferably something like dom Arona has where THEY decide what they want in the scene, not to mention I wanna give my adorable little elf dom a more hefty endowment as well since I like to play my PC as super subby to her especially after unlocking her cage.
Also as I said once before some scenes where Etheryn makes you wear her old chastity cage for the duration of said scene, sorta like a once a day thing where in said scene she makes the PC wear the cage for a day and teases them endlessly, poking, prodding, caressing and eventually fucking the PC while they dribble cum helplessly from their caged cock. Would be great if Garth would react to you bearing the children of Garrett, since that makes them Garths grandchildren. Generally, I find it weird that you having something going with Garret does not change Garths stance towards you. There is so much potential there, given his strained relationship with Garret. Depending and how you conduct yourself with his son he could approve or disapprove of your relationship.

I really like the "Cook together?" scenes with Calise. They're short, sweet and really cute! There's lots of variations too! So uh... more stuff like that would be really nice, I guess. Romance scenes make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside <3

Some minor variations to the game's swimming scenes (such as swimming with Ahmri and Freja's swimming lessons) if the champ has Imora's permanent water-breathing tattoos.

There is a swimming scene with Ahmri - it might only be available when she's pregnant, and it might get a different version after Aster is born... And there's a scene where you can take Freja for swimming lessons, through Aileh's Family Time menu.
I want party banter! Give us conversations between the two party members we brought. The conversations shouldn't involve us. Just develop the relationship between our party members, but also it could be opportunities to flesh out each party member with inconsequential details like hobbies or whatever. Think the banter between party members in Dragon Age or Baldur's Gate 3. Edit: It could be like, instead of finding things in the environment or coming upon enemies during travel from square to square, sometimes we're interrupted for a brief exchange of banter. This could happen out in the wilds for general banter, or in a dungeon for quest-specific banter.
Also, I'd like more variety among equipment sets for companions. Atugia for instance just has tank sets. I want different niches for these characters so I have a mechanically functional team built around my Champion but also have companions I like in my party. Pyromancer Brienne is an almost good example.* She remains hardy despite being a caster, which allows her to keep her identity as a brawny eight-foot-tall minotauress, while also adopting a different team niche than tank. (Also, I would love character art for each equipment set like Azzy has for her dragon set.)
Speaking of which, its time to upgrade movesets. Brint/Brienne could train with Isadora to upgrade his/her moves. For example, Cleave upgrades to Whirlwind. Or move upgrades could be automatic based on level. For example, as soon as Brint/Brienne hits 8, Cleave upgrades to Whirlwind.
*(Little rant here. The "almost good" is because her encounter move being a tank summon is dumb. Her perk Imposing generates 25% threat. Why does she generate threat, but also conjure a summon that generates threat? That's because, even in this DPS set, she continues to tank and relies on her bull to off-tank. This defeats the whole point of having a DPS set by making her a tank period. A set called Pyromancer is an opportunity for a fire magic DPS Brienne. At most, she could be an off-tank as a secondary role. The best of both worlds is a stat spread between Toughness, Cunning, and Willpower. And a power set where, for the most part, her powers focus on damaging enemies. But one rechargeable power allows her to generate a surge of threat to steal aggro from the tank to alleviate pressure for a round or two. Just like an off-tank. Imposing plus her focus on Toughness would give her tremendous Health that would allow her to survive that round or two of aggro.)

For any companion that have unique portraits for some sets can we have the option to just use their default portrait? I'm sure some people just prefer their companions default portrait over the set version, or in cases like transforming Cait to leo Cait the set portraits don't even fit anymore - the other option is actually creating leo Cait versions in her case, but it's just easier to give us the option to swap to the default portrait for the characters current incarnation.
For a technical side of things, I kinda wished abilities would take account if your off-hand weapon was ranged. Rocking a Dawnsword/Francisca combo right now but the problem is that for flavor reason I like the dawnsword in my main hand but I would like to have a throwable weapon as well to trigger Tripple Threat.

Iirc one of the original reasons being a long time writer was a requirement for writing companions was because they were originally intended to have some amount of dialogue/banter for each main story quest up to the ending. Obviously that's fallen to the wayside, probably due to a combination of writers leaving and just not doing the dialogue.
