AHA! Ok, i think i know whats going on. When Nym-Foe "upgrades" you, Steele blacks out during the procedure, and theres supposed to be a switch to a new scene where you wake up post op and go about your biz. But i think somehow the text from the former got copy pasted into the latter, so it looks like it repeats.

Spoiler: Everything before the highlighted text was in the scene prior, and was somehow copied over. Kinda like when the page of a book gets printed over twice by mistake.

So I guess it kinda is a typo, just a REALLY big one, lol!
