"Hina, it's been a long time since the world ended. My parents were more focused on teaching me survival skills. I mean... I can read, but not much. Not like my mom used to, apparently. She said she had her own tiny library at home." He murmurs, smiling a little. "And there weren't that many teaching materials out in the jungles, to boot."
"Oh. Really. My wooden armor clearly wasn't a hint, huh?" He asks, raising an eyebrow at her and sighing. "What did you expect, a caveman with a giant club?"
He chuckles and shakes his head. "I don't blame you. It is a little surprising, true. And my mom insisted on teaching me plenty of manners, so... Yeah. I'm not a savage like some of the other humans. Lucky you, huh? They would have thrown you to the floor and-" He stops himself, going beet red again and quickly looking away from her.

"Ah... Thanks, Hina. But... There's no point thanking me. I might be leaving you in a place bad enough that you might wish I'd never found you..." He mutters, shoulders slumping slightly as he rounds a corner and the dome gets bigger.
"Yeah. That it is. Although I'm still going to kick his ass to the moon and back for making me go through all this trouble to find him." He murmurs, chuckling. "Hell, I don't even know if he's even in this city. I'm just gambling with odds right now."
"Oh, that is most unfortunate. I hope you find him at some point... sooner rather than later." she mutters as the two of them walk up to the front door. This time Teddy does not stop them as Kai has already shown proof of entry before. The two go back up to Mamma's room getting plenty of stares at the basically nude woman behind Kai and soon they are outside Mamma's room.
He sighs, and then glances at her. "She's infected. She's sentient. Don't make a fuss about it." He whispers, before knocking on the door. "Mamma. May I enter?"
Kaizen yelps and quickly wriggles out of her grasp. "Uh... Y-yeah. She's the droid. Apparently she still worked. The explosion nearly took me out though..."
