Starting Over [Archangel] [Discontinued]

[Floozer]

"Well hey there! You could get yourself a nice hearty meal or a decent amount of travel food." She says in a pleasant though slightly husky voice.

 

[Archangel99]

"Ah. Alright then. I'll take the travel food, please. I doubt I'll be coming back here." He says with a shrug. "Anything will do."

 

[Floozer]

"Coming right up!" She turns around and gets cooking, coming back with dried meat, fruit and some veggies. "Here you go! 10 rations of food!"

 

[Archangel99]

He nods his thanks and slides the Dons across the table, making sure to pull his hand back before she can touch it.
Then, he decides to go up to Mamma's room to listen at the door.

 

[Floozer]

Behind the door he can hear Mamma and Hina.

"I really must say, you are perfectly preserved for being nearly a hundred years old!"

"I was built to last the test of time... though parts will need changing eventually."

"Oh yes... I can't vait to get under your skin!" Mamma says with a giggle.

"you seem to be happy simple examining my skin alone."

"Well who doesnt liek feeling up a fine young woman? Besides, with all these notes I don't need to take you apart, I got all I need!"

He grimaces, then backs away from the door a bit, running things over in his head.

Wait wait wait. She said... She doesn't really need Hina, since she already has the research papers, and can just rebuild her... So... In that case, I could take her along... I mean... I left her in such a shitty place...

He sighs, before knocking on the door.

 

[Floozer]

"Oh for ze love of...." heavy footsteps come over and the door flings open to reveal Mamma looking annoyed until she sees who it is "Oh! It iz huu cutie! Velcome back! hyu going to be staying now? Can't get enough of Mamma?"

 

[Archangel99]

"Umm... Ah... Actually... I've been thinking about... Umm... What you said..." Kai says, looking up at her and already quivering. "And... Um... I decided... That... Um... It's not safe... To go alone." He murmurs, glancing at Hina. "You know... You said there were... Um... Feral beasts and such... And... Well... Like I said... It's not safe... So..." He trails off, looking pointedly at Hina.

 

[Floozer]

She looks between him an Hina before bursting out laughing "Oh zat is zooo coot! hyu like ze droid don't hyu leetle one?!" She says with a big smile "Enthralled by her feminine wiles?"

 

[Archangel99]

"U-Umm... N-no. I mean... If I got badly hurt... Well... I know nothing about... You know... Patching myself up. And if there's a doctor along... Well... It would help..." He mutters, rubbing the back of his neck.

 

[Floozer]

"Oh zat is coo! Hey Hina darling! Do hyu vant to be staying here or going wit dese leetle cutie?"

Hina smiles and looks over at Kai, once again completely naked. "Oh, traveling sounds wonderful!"

"Gah, breaking my heart... oh very well, I have enough anyway." She suddenly shuts the door on Kai and a few minutes later it opens again showing Hina wearing some boots, pants, a tank top and an old doctors coat with a bag on her back for supplies. "Dere, now off you go, Mamma has much to be doing!"

Hina steps out and smiles warmly at Kai "Shall we go then?"

 

[Archangel99]

He blinks at her. "I... Did not expect her to agree." He says, still blinking and a little surprised at the sudden turn of events. "But yeah. Let's go." He murmurs, turning around and leading the way. "Also... Um... I'll try not to be so... Awkward with my conversations. As long as it stays away from anything perverted." He says, glancing once at her as he walks out of the dome.

 

[Floozer]

She follows after him and when they step out of teh dome she giggles playfully "Mamma was expecting you to come back for me... said it was "Womans intuition" or something like that. Regardless of your reasons, I am glad you did... I would like to see what is left in the world."

 

[Archangel99]

"Well... If that is what you wish... Wait. Woman's intuition? What!?" He asks, turning around and tilting his head. "What's that? Like, a sixth sense or something?"

 

[Floozer]

"I am not sure... my records indicate that it is "A womans ability to predict the feelings and actions of a male" but there is no evidence backing it up."

 

[Archangel99]

"Oh okay. So... It'll be useful when I'm fighting against males, right?" He asks, grinning.

The point completely flew right over his head.

 

[Floozer]

"I... no... no not at all, i'm sorry, I can't explain it any more than I have."

 

[Archangel99]

"Oh... Well, whatever. We can just figure it out later!" He says, chuckling and walking in the same direction he had walked earlier.
"So... Umm... I heard something... "Funny" just before I knocked. What was going on in there?" He asks, raising an eyebrow at her.

 

[Floozer]

"Mamma was examining my false skin. The research notes were not too clear on composition so she had to directly feel it herself to figure out the percentages... in other words, she was groping me."

 

[Archangel99]

"Oh I see. That's... Umm.... What?" He asks, raising an eyebrow and blushing a little. "Next time... Just... Don't go into too much detail... Please..."

 

[Floozer]

"But you asked what was going on, did you not? An inquiry must be answered to the fullest that my information provides... that was exactly what I told you." She says, obviously confused.

 

[Archangel99]

"Ah... Let's just drop it. Forget I asked." He says, sighing as he makes a mental note not to ask Hina about anything lewd.
"So anyway... What stuff about the old world did they stuff into your head?" He asks.

 

[Floozer]

"As much as they could possibly document. I have dozens and dozens of petabytes worth of data and images stored in my mind. From minor society details to major history notes and even... adult entertainment. Nothing was spared."

 

[Archangel99]

"Adult-!? Wha-? Okay. You know what? I'm not Even gonna ask." He says, waving his hands in a cross in the air. "Nope." But... Okay. What can you tell me about..." He waves his hands around. "This city?"

 

[Floozer]

"Using our coordiantes, this is the remains of New York City, a bustling metropolis known for it's massive park at the center... Central park... which is where Mamma built her dome."

 

[Archangel99]

"Oh. Well, what did it look like? You said you had pictures, right? Can I see them somehow?" He asks, turning around and walking backwards as he talks to her.

 

[Floozer]

She looks for a flat wall before her eyes glow and a picture shows up ont he wall. The city is HUGE! The buildings must reach the clouds and there are lights and colors all over the place!

 

[Archangel99]

His jaw drops at what he sees, and his eyes are the size of dinner plates.
"Wh- Wha-? We... We were capable of that!?" He yells in surprise. "That's fucking huge! Look at these buildings!" He points to the skyscrapers. "So tall! Yet..." He looks around for a second before shaking his head. "Nothing is left. Time claims all, it seems... Hey, do you know how to read?" He asks.

 

[Floozer]

"Of course i do." She says while dismissing the picture "I can read, write and speak every language known to the old world humans... including made up languages in fantasy like orcish, dwarvish, elven, and many many more."

 

[Archangel99]

"Well... I want you to reach me how to read. Properly." He states, standing up straighter to make himself look more authoritative.
