"Ow. It was worth a shot, bitch!" He growls, getting to his feet. That was definitely going to be bruised in the morning... He crouches to his knees, assessing the situation. Okay. Basically, she could use the crystals around her as projectiles, causing very painful hits. A defensive spell should take care of that. But he had to get close enough to use the blade... He needed some sort of a distraction. The crystals wouldn't work unless he had some sort of explosive spell. Blinding was out of the question. The only thing left was the pain spell, which was risky. But... It was worth a shot. He stands, muttering the defensive spell, and charging at her again, zigzagging all over the place. Leaping off crystals, sliding on the floor, he pretended to be about to cast another blinding spell, but instead casts the pain one, and at the same time shoots out his tentacles and wraps them around her arms, pinning them behind her back, then stabbing her in the back with the sword.
