Update 26.01.08 changes:

• A new event with Hellhound starts in the time skip preg act near the volcano of Amagal when Hellhound is pregnant.
• After all events in the preg act you can get two more events via a sparkling icon below Aldlyn in the birth act.
• In act 6, a sparkling icon appears below the command center building and shows multiple new outfits for Hellhound in two steps. These two events do not require her pregnant events.
• After the pregnant events, Hellhound will appear in the new sleeping chamber area that can be accessed in the time skip phase birth or later.

• The belated Christmas special starts when you talk to the girl in front of the Christmas tree in the top right corner of Aldlyn, a bit below the bathhouse.
• After the events in her special area you can find her again in one of the buildings in Aldlyn that fit to her.

Update 26.01.26

• New event in act 5 that starts with an icon south of Aldlyn. Afterwards, the journey to a new area starts in act 6.
• The new area includes a cooking challenge in the bar. The rewards includes a recipe for buff food that lasts for X steps instead of just one combat or a few turns. That means the food can be used to buff your party before going into a dangerous areas or before a boss fight. It should make buff food more useful.
• Story of Tsubaki's father in act birth. Gives you a quest to look for her mother. If you go to act 6 and meet her mother first, the event and the quest in act birth will get skipped.

• Remake for the full body CGs, face images, and CG scenes for the green alraune, ice alraune, cowgirl, and anubis monstergirls to get a consistent artstyle.
• Remake for the full body CGs and face images for the arachne and arevis monstergirls.
• The CG scene of the anubis monstergirl was adjusted to the new images. There is a slightly different variation of the scene that you can only see when you talk with the anubis that you had the first CG scene with. She can be recognized by red flowers on her headgear.

[All old CGs can still be seen in the CG room.]

• An issue which allowed Hellhound to be swapped into the party before you even recruit her as a party member was fixed.
• A bug that allowed fast traveling from the time skip phase to the normal time phase while keeping characters that should be removed when you exit the phase was fixed. Using the Fast Travel system in the normal time will remove all characters that were accidently added.
• Since the title screen was changed, the quizzes in Eulimentra's event were changed and the Christmas trees and snowman needed to answer the questions were added to the forest on front of her Christmas dungeon.
• The Christmas snow is gone, and the decorations inside and outside of the castle of Aldlyn were removed.
• A bug with Ryoko's skilltree was fixed. Reseting the MaxHP skill removes the full value now instead of leaving some added MaxHP on the characters.
• A small change to some vanguard battles during the war phase was added to fix an issue with enemies attacking random tiles.
• Fixed an issue with the hair in the open hairstyle version of Palasha's full body CGs.
• The Riddle Key item now works in the challenge map of female adventurers in act preg of the time skip phase. It won't consume the item and gives you the option to tell you the solution of either part of the challenge. I didn't consider the riddle to be difficult, but some players where confused and as result frustrated by it, so I wanted to give an option to skip it for these people.

Update 26.02.27

Changes:

• Scarlett has a new event with a CG scene, which starts with an icon on Newkungu in act 3 of the time skip phase. It requires that you have finished the spy mission with Scarlett, Lady Akira, Citrinne, and Kurohime in act 2, which unlocks them for your party.
• Vampire has a new event in act 5. It can be started with an icon left of Crysthaven. Requires that you have done Vampire's events about her past that include the meeting with Alexus in Crysthaven.
• A second part of Vampire's new events takes place in Act 6 after. Once the event is done, you can use the new icon at the same location to enter a shadow world dungeon.

Shadow world dungeon:

• Apart from their MP, all stats of the enemies in this dungeon are based on the highest value in your party. So they have the ATK of the party member with the highest ATK, the DEF of the member with the highest DEF, and so on. (The values are increased/decreased by different percentages depending on the enemy to balance things, but everything is connected to the highest value in your party.)
• There are 12 new epic equipment pieces plus four new legendary items you can obtain in the shadow world dungeon. The order in which you get the legendary items from the boss fight is always the same. The first three pieces give you special skills that are needed for a three-step combo attack.

• You can now enter an in-game quest list when you select [Options] and then "Enter quest list screen." The quests are sorted by category and ID number. Green icons are finished quests, yellow icons are active quests, and red icons are quests that you haven't started yet. When you interact with a red icon, it'll tell you where the quest starts and, in some cases, give you hints or the requirements to unlock the quest. Quests that were skipped or failed are automatically marked as green so that it's easy to see what quests you still have to do and what is done.
• On the quest list page for the main characters are character sprites of the characters on the left and right. When you interact with the characters, they'll give you a step-by-step guide of their events. (Same as you can find in the walkthrough .pdf file or in the wiki page.)

Update 26.03.27

Changes:

• An event in Aldlyn in act 2 shows the reveal of Ryen's family name and leads to his coronation in three steps.
• An icon appears in act 6 near Whitestone Citadel in the south-east of Begus when you have Hellhound as a party member. The event will introduce a new character and ends with a CG scene.
• The three harpy monstergirls received upgraded CGs for their bodies and CG scenes. You can see the upgraded images in the old locations and CG room, but they're also shown in the new event with Hellhound.
• Similar to other monsters in the monsterhall the first harpy you have a CG scene with (after this update) receives a distinct visual difference from the other harpies. For example, the big harpy is shown with the expensive necklace you gift her before the scene happens.

• New story near Kagabangui with Lucilla in act 5 about the demons in the west and her attempt to get some of them to join her forces. Requires the events in act 1/2 where you enter Lucilla's trainings dungeon and meet Thiro, and Lucilla's solo CG scene.
• Lucilla's new event unlocks her as a party member in the time skip phase. This also unlocks a skilltree page for her. She also has a unique item slot for special books.
• The event in the new map ends with a CG scene when you leave the area after defeating the boss "Hero." (The scene has a 100% impregnation chance)
• In act preg, another new event is unlocked when you have Lucilla's new sex scene and when Palasha is pregnant.
• After the dialog and CG scene you can interact with a sparkling icon a bit south of Kagabangui, and a follow up event takes place near Aldlyn.
• When you have the last two optional events, you can find Lucilla in act birth in the room together with Hellhound.

New dialogs in the post-war phase about how the result of the war has changed their lives in Amagal, Begus, and Dorgania:

• The icon for the dialog in Dorgania appears a bit north-west of Kagabanui and requires the post-war events with Palasha to decide the fate of her and the country after the war.
• The icon for the dialog in Amagal appears at the barracks that are a bit south-east of Manastyr.
• The icon for the dialog in Begus appears at Old Ashton.

Update 26.05.06 changes:

• New events with the four clone girls from the Luminous Order. The events start in time skip act 2 at Witton. It requires that you finished the events about the Luminous Order base on either route and have the four clones living in Witton.
• After the event in act 2 the story of the clones continues in the same location in act 3. You'll get a CG scene after a few events.
• A new story with captain Seshra and her first mate Khadyres starts in the bar of Havaria Port after you finished the quest "The Forgotten Brexeet Isles," which means you had the CG scene with Sandra on the big tree island in the Forgotten Brexeet Isles.

• The full body CGs and CG scene images of the several monstergirls were updated to the new art style again. In this update the improved CGs are for the grey imp, red imp, weak mummy, strong mummy, ice dragongirl, and water dragongirl. The new and old CGs can be seen in the CG room pages Enemies 1 and Enemies 3.
• Updated full body CGs for the drider monstergirl.

• The CG scene of Palasha and Lucilla was added to the CG room.
• The "search" system in the CG room was updated and now also includes Vecilia.
• Increased the damage of the light element magic attack spell "Blessed Light."

The next update is planned to include the CG scenes for some vanguard squad leaders, prepare the events for the war against the lich and her undead in the east, and update the CG images of the raijuu, salamander black, salamander pink, salamander red, and thunderkitty monstergirls.

I'm also checking ways to improve the performance. The previous attempt made things better for some people, but made it worse for other (mostly older) systems, so this time I'll take my time to properly test changes before releasing it.

Update 26.06.05 changes:

• When you enter the barracks of the vanguard forces with 12+ squad leaders recruited a blue !-icon will appear over a sparkling note on the table in the top left of the barracks. The event will unlock a new training camp area in which you can interact with the individual squad leaders.
• CG scene with Scuffy Fluffball at the training camp of the vanguard forces.
• CG scene with the manticore Mia at the training camp of the vanguard forces.
• A new event with the mothgirl Motty starts in act 4 of the time skip phase with an icon next to the "War" phase button. The event requires the story with Scarlett in time skip act 2 where you free Motty from some slave traders and unlock Scarlett, Kurohime, Citrinne, and Lady Akira for your party. After the two events with Motty in act 4, you have another dialog in the "post-war" act, then act 5, then act "Preg", then act "Birth", an optional second event in act "Birth", and the final dialog for the event is in Act 6.

• Full body CG and CG scene remake for the raijuu monstergirl. The first raijuu with who you have a CG scene on Tabsy's farm will now receive a special accessory to make her visually different from the other Raijuus.
• Full body CGs and CG scene remakes for the black, red, and pink salamander monstergirls. The new full body CGs include a special version with the visual change to highlight the first girl of the type you had a CG scene with. It's a helmet for the black salamander, goggles for the red salamander, and a black dress for the pink salamander.
• Full body CG remake for the thunderkitty monstergirl. Since her CG scene uses a high quality image I decided not to change it (yet?) even though the artstyle is different.
• Full body CG and CG scene remake for the water lamia monstergirl.
• Full body CG and CG scene remake for the blue, green, and red slimegirls.

Plan for this month:
I have some CG scenes that were delayed and will hopefully get done as part of the next update(s). This includes the characters Alcena, Nemelphia, Eynhylde, Mai, Lady Forbes, Moriko, the goat girls, and the three goblin girls.
The focus for the story will be to prepare for the war against the lich and her undead army in the east by introducing her commanders before we start the actual war phase against them.
While I'm slightly behind the original roadmap, the progress is going quite well overall and the main story is still scheduled to be done before the end of the year.

Update 26.07.08 changes:

• New event in Cloud Haven in act 6 of the time skip phase. First you have to talk at least once with Kasaki Hijikata in the building that shares the inn, bar, and adventurer guild. Afterwards, a !-icon will appear over the adventurer Millie who stands in front of the desk of the adventurer guild in the same building, not far away from Kasaki. Her dialog will give you the quest "Adventurer Guild Manager."
• After finding a new manager for the guild, you can interact with a sparkling note on the desk of the adventurer guild to start a new mini-game.
• There are 4 main quests and 16 side quests for the mini-game.
• After the last main quest of the adventurer guild mini-game, you get a short event with Kasaki and Tsubaki.
• Kasaki was added to the CG room page Other 1
• You get an achievement when you reach 2500 Renown in the new mini-game.

• You can now have new dialogs and CG scenes with Alcena and Nemelphia at the recently added training camp of the vanguard forces. [Talk with Alcena twice, then with Nemelphia, then twice with Alcena again, and then one more time with Nemelphia to unlock the CG scenes for both characters.]
• New CG scene when you talk with Eynhylde in the training camp of the vanguards twice after her squad reached level 3 or higher.

• The background system to count seconds for timed actions, like the auto-save every 2,5 mins, was changed to tick every 10 seconds instead of every single second. This will reduce the system performance used for this background event and hopefully helps with the lags on some older systems and phones.
• The wiki/walkthrough entry for Lind was updated to explain the progress of her events better and to add some missing requirements.
• The system of the CG scene for the blue slimegirl was changed to prevent a possible bug.

Update 26.08.06 changes:

• In time skip Act 6, after the dialog with the president Nepothe and then Gwenore Amriel in Cloud Haven, a new icon appears on the castle of Aldlyn to speak about the thread of the undead in the east.
• Afterwards the icon for the next step appears at the east of Begus. However, you need the events of Hellhound and the zombie Vecillia in Act 6 to actually start the assault against the undead.
• After the war is done, you get three more events, which include a CG scene.
• For the Cloud Haven adventure guild mini-game I increased the min and max rating values for Elyot and Jivete to make quest 16 to gather mithril in the north easier.
• The dialog and event of the airship to Cloud Haven in Act 6 was changed. It'll now appear and give you access to Cloud Haven even if you missed the dialog in Act 5. This ensures that players won't lock themselves out of important content by advancing the acts too fast.
• New quest "City in the Skies" in Act 5 when you get the dialog guiding you to the messenger of Cloud Haven. The quest is supposed to ensure that players get all story dialogs until you talk with Gwenore Amriel so that you have the needed content to unlock the war against the undead.
• A warning message informs you that you're missing important content when you try to go to an Act after Act 6 before finishing the major events in it.
• The face images of main party members are now changed to the images of their upgraded CG versions when you enter time skip Act 6 or later. Same for Act Birth, but the face of a character is only changed when you unlocked the event that shows the CG image prior.
• In the luxury villa you obtain during the events of Akane in time skip Act 1, the characters now change their appearance to their new full body version when you enter the villa in act Birth or later with those outfits unlocked. The dialogs don't change, this is just a cosmetic update to show that the characters have changed.

The next update will focus on your offsprings and reveal the first CGs of the children of your main party. Some children of side characters will also receive CGs later, but due to the high amount of options, it'll be limited to the most important side characters for the time being.

Update 26.09.01

The introduction events for the main party children got added in the time skip Act Children:

• An icon left of the barracks of the vanguard forces starts an event with Tsubaki's child. It has an optional dialog part that requires the bakery to be build which introduces Nina's daughter.
• An icon near Aldlyn starts the events for Trey's child.
• Mira's child is introduced at Parverhill.
• Vampire's child near Thremten.
• Mirel's child slightly south-west of Parverhill.
• Sandra's child is west of Witton.
• Brad's child in the south of Central.
• Chiyo's child in Amagal.
• Ryoko's child below North Dungeon.
• Elly's child at Havaria Port.
• Kayelinth child in the forest near Red Keep.

I hope this goes without saying, but all events about children require that the mother was marked as pregnant. To make this possible in the SFW release, I added the option when you interact with the heart icons below the face image of the main party members in the CG room to toggle their pregnancy status. I might add the same for side characters as well, but I'll check if I can find a better alternative first.

• After the events of all 11 main party children are done an additional icon will appear above Tabsy's farm next to the beach villa.
• The full body CGs for the main party children can be seen again in CG room page Children -> Main Children.
• The full body CG for Nina's daughter can be seen in CG room Central 5.
• The face images of the main party children in the CG room have a similar gimmick as the CG room faces of their parents.

• Updated performance plugin, and new option in the [Options] menu to toggle FakeFrames.
• I disabled the plugin for the Steam connection for non-steam release to avoid a problem that can appear in rare occasions.
• A bug with the bandits in the forest of Ebron was fixed.
• The way how the play-time for saves in the loading screen is calculated was changed so that a higher framerate doesn't result in a higher play-time anymore.

I made a small update to version 26.09.05 to fix a bug that caused errors for some people.
You can download the "Bugfix only" file to apply this fix to update the previous version 26.09.01. Simple copy the unpacked www folder to the game folder and overwrite existing files. (Don't remove the old www folder. You just want to replace some of the files inside of it, not replace the entire folder.)

Introduction of your children in the time skip Act Children:

• Events with Hellhound's child at Red Keep. The last step requires that you have the introduction of Sandra's daughter, Candy.
• The event of Zember's daughter starts near the volcano in Amagal.
• The events of Pearl's child start slightly south-east of Red Keep, on the other side of the river. You get a second part to the event after you have had the introduction of Zember's child. An additional dialog with her can be triggered in Amagal after you have had the introduction events of Chiyo's child.
• The event of Kenzie's child starts slightly south-west of Parverhill. There is a second part to the event that requires that Flaire be pregnant.
• The event of Aura's child starts in the frozen forest in the south of Central.
• The event of Spetra's child starts near the university in the south of Central.
• The event of Melody's child starts in the forest west of Ebron. It has a second part that requires the introduction of Tsubaki's daughter Sachi and that the bakery be constructed.
• The event of Nyphadora's child starts in the forest east of Red Keep. It has a second part that requires the introduction of Kayelinth's daughter Zerith.
• Event with the children of Elly, Spectra, and Aura at Witton after their introductions.

• Updated performance system to fix an issue with JoiPlay.
• Jaylin's face images were updated to show her different emotions with the proper CG images.

Update 26.10.22:

• A new event with Jeanne begins at Calterburry in the time skip Act Preg. The story continues in Act Birth and then Act Children.
• The events of Palasha's pregnancy start in time skip Act Birth with an icon at Kagabangui. After two dialogs, the event continues in the Act Children.
• An event with Palasha's child and Jeanne's child unlocks at Kagabangui after the introduction events of both characters.
• Introduction of Flaire's child at Thremten in the Act Children. There is a second part to the event when you finished both introduction events of Kenzie's child as well.
• The story of Varea's child starts in the Act Children at Manastyr.
• The story of Shanna's child starts in the Act Children in the forest north of Calbridge Stronghold.
• The story of Naomi's child starts in the Act Children at Newkungu. At the same location is a second event after you had the introduction of the children of Shanna as well.
• The story of Naevy's child starts in the Act Children at Thremten.
• The story of Jessy's child starts in the Act Children near Tabsy's farm north of Thremten. There is a second part to the event which unlocks after you had the introduction of Naevy's child.
• After the first two events with Spectra's child Seele in the time skip Act Children, you can get a new event with her and Cookie in Act 7. (South of Central. Near the university building.)

• An issue that caused Ryoko's cursed axe not to show up in the CG room anymore after her level 200 class change is fixed.
• The face image of Jaylin in the CG room was updated to her new face image style.
• An issue in the CG room for Mirel's first full body CGs was fixed.
• An issue with F.Brad's face image switching between shy and confident style was fixed.
• The 2025 Christmas special event which starts in Aldlyn when you talk with Eulimentra now requires Sandra to be in your party before Eulimentra appears.
• I changed the requirements for the Ebron scene with Eloen, Phraan, and Knocky. The event will now appear after you first met Lucilla in Minsk Harbour, instead of two steps later in the quest when you talk with Varea in Manastyr.

The next update will contain a few more introductions of important children. Afterwards, I'll completely focus on finishing the main story. My plan is to have it done around the end of the year.
Once the story is complete, I'll proceed to finish all missing scenes and stories to hopefully have all content for Renryuu: Ascension done next year.
But don't worry, a lot more content is already in the planning phase. My current idea is to make a sequel to Renryuu which continues the world with a new main story, since I have already a huge list of ideas. A big focus for the game would be how Ryen's children explore the world beyond the current borders and meet the mightiest beings all around the extended worldmap.
A system to transfer progress from your saves from the first game to the second game is currently in a testing phase, but it'd also be possible to start a new game with, for example, all children already unlocked.
The planning for the sequel is currently very vague, as I want to finish the story of Renryuu: Ascension first before I put a lot of time into the details for the next game, but I wanted to let you know my plans for how things are likely to continue in the future.
