How about she joins the black void if she doesn't like humans which allows her to be with like minded people and the chance for players to truly fight her as the villain down the line as a sort of win win situation, Also will we see more of her commanding officer ausar lady?

It's unlikely that she'll join the black void, and even if she did one of the leaders of the void is an ausar.
And yes, there's a reason I went to the length I did to describe Grence and give her a name rather than making her a faceless UGC Commander. Not sure when I'll be able to work on her, though.

I'm thinking she wouldn't consent to being treated, so honestly it'd be another instance of PC trying to play the 'Steele does what Steele wants' card and failing miserably when it ends up making her even bigger, stronger, and more of an asshole.(I'm not against submissive Riya, I am against mindraped/bimbo Riya.)
Great can't wait though is she a herm, shemale or all round lady also how about she just makes her own mercenary/bounty hunter team of all humans who shares her ideals and she likes the look off that hunts criminal aliens down aka someone put a muzzle on this mutt as she roughly tackles an ausar and tazers them. Seems like something she would enjoy greatly aka get paid fast sums of credits to better herself at hunting aliens and be able to stand up to steele in actual combat since she can hire trainers to learn new skills while also refine her spec ops training skills which are properly rusty from being a basic mall cop
I don't know what's so cliche about starting a mercenary/bounty hunter group after getting fired and now hunts aliens. maybe innocent she properly doesn't care down and due to Riya's personality she would properly gun them down or beat them to death,
Oh that's just a suggestion for franks if they decide to make her a combat encounter after Riya leaves tavros but maybe she could just get cybernetics or something better than a tazer

I see no reason not to, but my focus for the forseeable future is more sex scenes and an expac that moves her from Tavros.
I'm greatly scaroused by this idea. And if she ever gets relocated to explorable parts of NT and thus close to Zephyr - I'd be scaroused even harder.
Right now it seems that there is not a single submissive bone in officer Batra's body. So she is highly unlikely to consent to any playful role reversal. Her characterization and sexual preferences also make the Ramis scenario highly unlikely.
So for PC to successfully pull off taming Riya without instant bimbofying/mindbraking space majick BS, they'll need to get some sort of real and lasting power over her a-la sub!Sera scenario, but again, even after being demoted or even dishonorably discharged from the Peacekeepers she (which is probably not what Franks would want to do) she shouldn't be in such a vulnerable position. Unless some sort of alien racial cartel will be out to get her.
In any case, it's all one big 'maybe' for relatively distant future. Getting back to the topic:
Well, my idea revolve around a head-canon interpretation of Riya's position in the UGC and her placement on Tavros. Basically: she has both the trusty ally(s) in the upper echelons of UGC Peacekeepers - thanks to her loyalty, or saving them, or something- and a lot of enemies/detractors.
So the balance between the push and pull of those people led to Riya being demoted from some sort of Spess SpecOps/SWAT to a patrolling grunt on the station at the ass end of the galaxy, but on the other hand not being discharged from the Peacekeepers entirely or sent to some really nasty occupation. Both parties would like to move her elsewhere but block each other, while she spends her time being frustrated and taking a piss out of people, since she knows that not much else can really be done to or by her, unless some new major development.
So PC would facilitate a PR disaster people talked about or, potentially, earn and cash in some major favors with the Peacekeepers, maybe also work dad's contacts, like Decker but more important - to brake the stalemate and get Riya sent even farther than Tavros. Ideally, Commander Grence will be a part of this plan, or at least clued in.
Or they can help her get back into favor and sent somewhere nice.
But that's not the main goal of the x-pack, so whatever.

She'll need to earn a couple dozen levels in badass and crazy first. And then she'll still be worse than a well executed Himedere.Okay, what about femme futas? You'll need to set the criteria somewhere, since not being at all picky won't be in line with Riya's character.
Also, it won't be that hard to switch a few of vagina-specific blurbs to ones for balls/dicks, wherever appropriate. Will also need a changed intro. When you'll be at it, might also consider race-specific blurbs for her sex intro scene. Silly mode variant for kaithrits with some delicious "cat's fine too" meymeys?
Now, I recognize that I may be in the minority here, but I LOVED the encounter with Riya. Probably my favorite recent addition, despite how bare bones it is in terms of content. That said, full disclosure, my Steele is female without any complicated sex organs and is completely human in terms of race, aside from a few cosmetics such as elf ears and glowing eyes... and the Treatment, but I Humana+'d away anything that wasn't giant, milky tits. Her race score is probably recognized as base human, which would be why I don't remember seeing any racism. I'll have to try meeting her on a weirder character to see how bad it is, or if it's just hysterical people trying to push a racial egalitarian agenda on a smut transformation game that takes place over a span of many worlds and unique races, some of whom might concievably actually have differing cultural norms. But oh no, that seems a little too adult for this 18+ game.
Also, in hindsight, it's a little weird for her to insist on female preference and then only fuck Steele in the ass, but this has been pointed out. I can only assume it's the starting point to other domination scenes. Bring on some mean throatfucking under the desk and some rough pussy slamming, please!

It's not as if Fen is really doing anything with Jill/Jack at present, though you're probably right. (Also, poor Jack, always so forgotten.)
Nobody said that a character having preferences was wrong. In fact, characters with preferences are usually praised when they appear in projects.
There is'n't much of an agenda at play here, more like a few people who feel that they are entitled being vocal with their complaints. They are chastised for it by most regular forumites.

Not really, most don't even have a problem with her, while a few have raised legitimate points but she's simply not done so we'll see how she is in the end. As for the single sex scene Frank has already stated more will be added soon.

You'll need a new portrait for him, then. I'd not trust the smug bastard on the current ones with my personal stuff or my junk, no matter how strong is my hold on his leash or how sweet his ass is described to be.
I hope by the time Jill is your follower she is still as haughty and conceited as ever, or at least there will be a chance for Steele to get truly dominated by their cousin.
