Asta returned to the conscious world slowly, her senses and feelings returned to her a little at a time. soon she opened her eyes. The bright sunlight immediately stung her eyes and she put up a yellow-green skinned, rather toned arm, to block the light. She then could feel the ground... hard, rocky, and bare. after a minute or two she found the strength to roll on her side to let her vision clear. She looked around all she could see was craggy mountains, hard cracked earth, and thorny looking brush as far as she could see.

Asta then looked down to make sure she was still in one piece. she was all there it seemed her long statueqst legs, thick wide thighs, tight stomach complete with six pack. Her hefty round breasts, and strong but still feminine arms and hands... all still here.... she was glad. She had worked hard to keep a good figure. However, she quickly noticed that her uniform was missing! She found herself very nearly naked! all that guarded her tall, yellowish green, busty but still toned body from the world, was a few scraps of cloth! A Thin strip of brown cloth was warped around her chest, only barely covering her tan nipples. her similarly colored pussy was only guarded by a loin cloth that was waaaay too short. Any stray breeze would expose her (rather round) ass and pussy to the air.

She sat bolt upright as she began to panic, her hands going to her rags to try and keep them in place as much as possible. The nearly 7ft tall hobgoblin girl bared her teeth showing her rather sharp looking small tusks, as she began to breathe quickly, her mind racing to remember what had even happened to get to this point...

She could recall, oh yes! She was one of the town guard in Ol'Coalburg .(named that way due to the nearby coal mine). where she was a rather well respected member of the community, she was due to a promotion to sergeant on the next tuesday, after her weekly review. She been quite good at her job, witch on the whole was to look tough and keep people out of trouble, and sometimes to take care of unsavory indivinals. Thankfully the latter didn't happen much as not many wanted to face the town watch with her around. She found she quite liked the job, and regular towns folk were all for a girl like her around. Coalburg didn't discriminate about race, really all it cared about was how well you worked or how much money you could spend.

So wait how did she end up here? she new people in other places didn't like "her kind" very much but it never affected her before. Sometimes she'd get looks from travelers, and a few "holy men" shouting at her as an abomination blah, blah, blah, but that was it. Oh wait! She gasped allowed she remembered! The town was very suddenly attacked by some knights in shining silver armor with a weird V symbol on their chests. She tried to protect the people and fight them off but.... there was too many even for her! she fought tooth and nail but her small town watch was no match for the sheer amount of warriors flooding in. Not only that but there armor would break some of the weapons she tried to hit them with!

Soon after that she remember them gathering everyone up and then pointing to her and few others, all "greenskins" like her. and she was then relieved of her helmet only to be hit the back of the head.... now she was.... where was she!? She looked around frantically, her short red hair flowing around behind her pointed ears. "No! This can't be real!", she hissed arms under her massive bust as she shut her eyes trying to will herslf awake hoping it was a bad dream. But after a few attempts she realized this was really happening much to horror! She'd been left gods know where nearly naked to die!? Why just because she was "Greenskin?". that part made her mad on top of everything else. but she held back from roaring in anger, who knows what was out here! She mastered herself and sat up. "Shelter... gotta find.... shelter.", she said quietly trying to remember, the "outdoorsmen" training.

Dyzz had seen many lands, and many peoples. She'd seen spirits, and mythical beasts, and met everything from dread pirate lords to wizened hermits.... and she knew well the zeal of holy warriors. The galvanizing nature of a singular cause, taught as goodness, righteousness, and the danger that its enforcers posed to everyone around them. For a greater good... always for a greater good. They could excuse any horror... like ending the peace in a world that was on the cusp of fostering acceptance between peoples that normally couldn't ever get along. Dyzz had spent some time in the coal mines, even going so far as to help out in the coal mines, with her incredible strength and inexhaustible stamina. She'd gotten some odd looks... beyond the open lust. There had been rape attempts, but those never ended well for her attackers. But others... others had looked at her with mixed expressions. Timidity, aversion. They'd been scared to approach her honestly. She'd seen it in the men around her, they knew something was coming. Something that hadn't been made public news, not to most. A dirty secret. She'd seen rough skins, green skins fleeing the city, some under the cover of night. The social and political landscape of the kingdoms was changing. She made it a habit, in a new world, to watch, and learn, slowly... but the opportunity was coming, sooner rather than later, and Dyzz would have to stem the tide of persecution and make a name in doing so. She stayed outside of the city, during the next few weeks, until finally, the enemy showed. Holy warriors, church zealots, an armed, powerful theocracy arrived, and immediately set about enforcing its will. Many died... some, in order to keep more positive relations with the local militia's and guards that would be left behind, were simply kicked out, beaten and with nothing, but alive. Enough to smooth over the transition of power. Dyzz watched... and ferreted away those green skins who were displaced and knew no other home, building herself a small army. Very small... but it was a start.

Until Asta was thrown out. A hobgoblin... goblinkind in these lands, lost and aimless, would flock to a hobgoblin, hoping for security in their strength. These goblins weren't quite the fearless, headstrong, dumb breed she was used to. Dyzz wasn't the average goblin intellect here, she was beneath the average. But her long wealth of experience and wisdom made her still more capable than most, along with her incredible power. When Asta found herself trying to find shelter, Dyzz was there, cloaked in brown. She wore a fully form and face concealing robe and cowl, a dark, strange figure standing among the too tall, untended grasses outside of the safety of the walls.

"Pink skins has chosen, it seems. There no place for your kind among them, not no more. Your home, taken. Your possessions, almost your very life..." A tale as old as time, with humans. They weren't all bad... but they were ruled by a fear they refused to acknowledge, except in very violent, terrible ways. To Dyzz, they weren't a race that leaned towards evil naturally, but one that was quick to allow evil to lead them, unwilling to fight until they'd lost too much to suffer more. They required more guidance than most, and were more dangerous than anyone else. "Come." Dyzz said to Asta, the diminutive figure, only three and a half feet tall, would lead her off, towards a cavern system adjacent to the mines. It was hidden, as of yet... but wouldn't be for long, Dyzz guessed. The holy warriors were just establishing themselves, ousting their enemies and forming their power base here. The real purge would come soon, and they'd best be gone by then.

Asta was getting up and finding things altogether too breezy for her somewhat sore body, when suddenly she heard a voice! Her pointed ears twitching, she spun around unable to see Dyzz at first, her eyes still unused to the brown muted tones of the place. She wondered if she was just hearing things until the "come" brought her attention to a... rather small person? Goblin, had to be, not even dwarves were this short. She was then quite aware of her state of near nudity once again and tried made her nipples were properly covered again.

The hobgoblin knew she was.. well a hobgoblin but she'd really never knew what that even meant. Her parents, who where human, said they found her outside the town one day and they had to take her.... she was too cute and they worried for her safety. Not only that but they found themselves unable to have kids and well.... it seemed like they had found child to call their own. She grew up not knowing a darned thing about being a "greenskin". although, in the street goblins would tend to follow her around a little and seemingly forget what they were doing. Once she started getting big... like really, really big.... people seemed to get the wrong idea that she was an orc, witch she she'd never seen herself, but she would simply correct them by saying, "Nah... Hobgoblin apparently. but don't bloody ask me what that means.".

Asta shook her head to clear her thoughts now was not the time fore trip down memory lane! She went over what the stranger said. No place... for "her kind"? No, she didn't want to believe it... she didn't want to except that! This was all so unfair! She'd lived there her whole life! It was her home.... However, she could not change the fact that she was here, and she had little choice. besides, whoever this was they weren't attacking her. "Ok....", she said with a deep sorrowful sigh. she followed her hands trying to keep her rags decent, a hard task with endowments as big as hers. She would look around with such a pained expression, her tusks bared in inner turmoil.

Dyzz pitied Asta. She assumed she'd lived her whole life around humans, and now, suddenly... was no longer welcome among them. Dyzz knew that particular hardship herself. She slowed down, until she was beside Asta, and put a hand on her thigh, comforting her. "It's not all hoomans, you know. Most of them's just scared. It's them new ones... you know. You fought them. Most people just want peace, and they smart enough to know what kind of horror fighting back means. That's the problem with soft skins. Too smart for they own good, sometime. Brain grow so big, makes the heart grow small." She'd pat her butt, then. "But Dyzz don't plan to leave it as is, ya? It's to us to fight for a place in this world. If you want to, that is. Come see for yous self, and decide for yous self." She would reveal a small, blue hand... so unlike the green of goblins. And then, she would walk quietly, until they were past the trees of the forests, and coming upon the cavernous holes in the earth where a makeshift settlement of mostly goblins was set up. There were a few orcs, and even half orcs, the only race that seemed able to interbreed with elves, dwarves, and humans, but no other hobgoblins. Asta was the biggest, and strongest around, probably.

She got a few sideways looks, and more than a few hopeful looks from goblins, who for the most part, seemed a dispirited bunch. Surly, full of helpless anger and loss... a bleak atmosphere permeated the camp. The hand of oppression fell heavily upon this face, and young and old alike were at a loss. Some heated discussions rose up here and there around campfires, some boldly suggesting fighting back, as though such an effort weren't utterly futile. Dyzz was reacting, though... this was a sudden circumstance, and she knew little. She'd invite Asta to sit by a fire, and talk... "You fought when they came, miss hobgoblin. Few others here can say the same. Dyzz would like to know what you know. Who are these holy knights? Do you know the hooman politics?" A surly, grim faced male goblin, bulkier and brawnier than most, came and handed a long blanket to Asta. "For your privacy, miss." Those were the only words he spoke, before trundling off again. Dyzz stirred a pot above a fire, filled with beans, and bits of sausage, onion, and a myriad of spices. Dyzz had the only pot with such rich fare in it in the camp, and she offered a bowl to Asta.

Asta would blush to the pat to her nearly bare butt and touch to her thigh. She adjusted her thin loin cloth glad that there was no wind here. the stranger gave her consoling words, and perhaps hinting that there was a "resistance" already beginning to form... this was all terribly too much for her. She was just a simple town guard.... why they in the hells hd she been dragged into this mess?! again it wasn't fair! She was going to be promoted soon even! Now that was all thrown away.

She soon found herself, "among her kind". She surveyed the makeshift little settlement all full of people that were ousted like her, well none were like her persay, even the few orcs around weren't as big as she was. She kept her hands and arms over her lady bits, aware that she stuck out not just because she was big, but becuse well she was rather easy on the eyes. Many of her human neighbors told her so.... but for the most part everyone was just as sad as she was, and a few were in a similar state of undress.

She took the blanket thankfully form the burly bloke nearby, giving him shiny eyed look with a gactious nod. Good to know people were still decent out here... Before she spoke she wanted to take the bowl frist, her tummy grumbling as the smell wafted up to her. She'd take a few slurps and and bites before she'd look to the apparently blue skinned stranger again. Astas was rather well spoken almost sounding a bit high class even... despite her rough tone at times, "Your damn right I fought.....", she grumbled her eyes trailing back down to the dirt cave again. "I wasn't about to let them mess with my town... but there were just too gods damned many of them.", she said baring tusk once more, and holding the blanket close. She had to think on the next part the 'Hooman politics" as it were. "Now that i come to think about it... I think those were the Templars of Varan!", she said eyes going a bit wide. "The order of the knights that were supposed to be disbanded around...... fifty, sixty, something years ago. Crazy zealot bastards from what I heard. they threw the kingdom out of whack for years....", she said before taking another bite and swallowing. "The King of Antor ordered them all dead for being batshit crazy. Somehow.... they must have came back or... I don't know escaped for fifty years. Also there was supposedly was a new king crowned a week ago, we didn't think much of it... they didn't raise our taxes or anything.... but fuck.... maybe.... he...." she trailed off.

Dyzz listened well to Asta. It didn't seem to be an invasion, so much as a re ordering of things... a new king, perhaps making use of a new arm of governance. If a king was dispensing holy warriors, then either he was 'guided' by a powerful religious figure, or he was a fool of some sort. Churches didn't share power well... he'd sacrificed much of his own power as a king in letting them arm, and organize so. It was quite likely, in fact, that the new king was nearly or even already toothless, seeing as the church of Varan was, in hostile fashion, taking control of the kingdom inch by miserable inch. Such upsets always came with great violence... but in keeping the pink skinned peoples content, they'd managed to avoid too terribly much bloodshed. Asta was the only hobgoblin around, and judging by the looks she got, well liked. They didn't want to make a martyr of her. They could start openly slaughtering and fearmongering after the people were used to the new green-less paradigm. Hopefully they weren't so violent and callous and cruel... but Dyzz knew not to get her hopes up too high on that front. She'd seen holy men keep unparalleled torture chambers, to make even a drow shiver. Human imagination was a fearsome thing.

Dyzz pulled back her hood, revealing a ridiculously pretty... unearthly, even... blue face. She had a shapely arch of jaw and brow, more graceful than an elf's, two little tusks that didn't detract at all from full lips and wide, piercing ruby eyes, and a halo of crimson hair that fell down to her ankles, laced with strange trinkets and glowing seashells. She wore orange warpaint, though it wasn't terribly remarkable, weathered and likely reapplied weekly. There were stories in this creature, too many to tell in a single sitting... but when she pulled back her hood, every eye was cast her way, and most lingered. She was beyond beautiful... her very appearance seemed to inspire hope, and perhaps even courage. "Templars, is it? What is your name, hobgoblin?"

Asta bit her lip as blush filled her freckled face. her emerald eyes roaming across Dyzz's features. Now that she thought about it.... she remembered she did lean more towards girls... no matter how many boys tried to get her attention. On her part, Asta had a stern look to her face but, she was very pretty herself. Her face not having any hard edges and her own full kissable tan lips with tusk perhaps a little bigger than Dyzz's. She as taken with her new friends looks for a moment before she could speak. "Oh, Asta.... Corperal Asta blake. town wat- eeeaaa....." she began to say her voice going through the motions of her former job but then stopped, then looked down. "Well, now just Asta now....", she said with a sigh.

Dyzz nodded. "Asta, then. A lovely name. Hoomans societies shift with the winds, Asta. What comes may be war. Dyzz would have you, Asta, as Dyzz right hand in the coming conflict. Dyzz is... not from here. Dyzz is strong. And Dyzz intends to be queen of the goblins. So do the hoomans shift their societies, so must we all, for Dyzz very much do not think this church of Varan intend to stop at hooman borders." They weren't just cleansing society... they were embarking on a crusade, a holy war. Galvanizing the forces of man into a war machine, ready to conquer and take the spoils of conquest... Dyzz saw a very bleak future of slavery and worse for those without the strength to resist.

"What me? Your right hand? queen of the goblins?", Asta said blinking in disbelief. "But I'm just a...... town guard. Why would you want me...?", she said trailing off again. "I mean, I know I'm really big and stuff butt, I've never done anything but break up bar fights, maybe case down a criminal or two even take on a whole gang! But i don't know damn thing about fighting a war.", she said her blanket tightening around her.

Dyzz smiled a charming little smile, that seemed filled with ancient wisdom. It seemed to hint at some knowing or understanding far and beyond what such a creature should normally be capable of. "Oh, Dyzz thinks you are selling yourself very short. Very short, indeed." She looked out meaningfully, towards the town Asta had come from. "Most important thing is knowing what's you fighting for, and that it's worth fighting for. As long as you has that, you can become a great warrior. Do you have something worth fighting for, Asta?"

Asta looked back to the town herself and remembered her "Mah" and "Dah", her friends in the town watch, her quaint little house near the main gate.... even her grouchy old coot of a commander, a dwarf by the name of Dunson. A single tear rolled down her cheek, it was hard to make her cry she always tried to put on a brave face, but she was left so alone and bare that her feeling could not go hidden under her tough and stern town watch persona. She was sensitive soul at heart and to those who really knew her actually to be a very sweet girl. She'd frown hard and turn away quickly wiping away her tears "Yeah... I.... I think I do.", she said trying to hold her face in an angry growl but the effect was ruined by a few sniffles.

Dyzz seemed pleased to hear it. "Good, good. Then, there are two Dyzz would like you to meet." She beckoned from the cave, and two forms shuffled forward... goblins, but different. As they exited the cave, it became apparent how different... what Asta might have thought was shadows playing tricks on her turned out to be black skin! They were black skinned goblins! They both had looks on their faces and bearings that set them apart from other goblins. "This is Aitainyn and Vishdilub, Dyzz's closest advisors." The female, Aitainyn, wore heavy plate armor with a broad, heavy battle axe upon her back. The male wore robes, and had piercing, yellow eyes... black robes, with symbols of bone upon them. He spoke first. "Ah, a hobgoblin. Reminds me fondly of Grimjah. I do hope there are flourishing tribes of hobgoblins in this world." He carried a staff, but he hardly leaned upon it. Aitainyn was silent, and looked around with a distant expression.

"That is Dyzz hope as well. For now, we has Asta. That is enough to make a statement. Aitainyn, battle master, and Vishdilub, midwife of Hel... Dyzz sets it you's jobs to teach Asta as we travel west, away from hooman lands." Delegating. Dyzz couldn't teach Asta tactics and disciplined fighting, truly. That would have to be left up her more intelligent council. "We make out at dawn tomorrow. The hoomans will search for this place, soon. We can't afford to linger." Dyzz dropped her cloak, then unclasping it and letting it fall to the ground. She wore a bra of strange skulls, and a loincloth, and little more.... but her weapons were incredible. A stone headed axe, and a long bone club, that reeked of magic to any who could sense such a thing.

Vishdilub had his chin in hand. "Sad that we don't have the means to properly armor her. But, I should be able to whip up some more modest clothing for our newest addition to the council." The goblin necromancer looked wise, and intelligent. Aitainyn just grunted. She was pretty... but it didn't seem smiles came naturally to her.

Asta blinked making sure she wasn't seeing things, her eyes just a little bit wet still after all. Nope they were real two black skinned goblins! she'd never seen goblins like that before... all the ones she knew where some variation of green, or yellow like herself. She'd look at them with curiosity and just a bit of apprehension.... just what had she gotten into. just this morning she was doing her patrol like normal, she even threw the slimeball Scrub out of the pub like usual on a friday mourn. She was might have been able to turn in early today but no, shit had to go to hell.... anyway, She'd look at the twosome a warrior and a.... necromancer? Yeah had to be, he had the robe and the staff lots of bone symbols. They seemed ok... though the battle master Aitainyn made her a little uneasy as she couldn't tell what she might be thinking about her... "hell if I know...", she thought in response to the comments on to the wider hobgoblin society. It was true her world used to be quite small... now she was thrust into the world beyond her little boarder town.

Next however she was treated to a full view of Dyzz ironically just barely covered like her! Her eyes hovered over her body, sticking to her chest and then to her waist, a faint blush in her freckled cheeks. Then her gaze was cast to the weapons they looked simple, primitive even! But she could see a faint glow or mist about them a strange tingling sensation on her skin. she didn't know it at the time but she could see magic, a hallmark of this worlds hobgoblins. she looked away both in embarrassment for staring at Dyzz's scantily clad body and the weirdness that was her weapons.

She looked back to the nercomancer Vishdilub, and nodded hoping he would get her something to wear. Again she'd hold the blanket tighter. Just then a voice cut in from behind Asta, a rough grumbling and all together greasy sounding voice. "Oh ho ho making a council now are you?" said the voice after a nasty sounding coughing laugh. Asta growled she knew this voice she turned around to see that greasy slimeball of a goblin, Scrub. She had to wonder how he'd escaped getting capture while she didn't... but then she remembered... when he wasn't drunk of his ass Srcub was really good at being somewhere other than wear you were looking. he was a "former" petty thief and tried to swindle people out of there money by more "legal" means these days selling anything and everything he can get his grubby hands on. "Ugggh not you....", Asta growled. "Maybe there's room in this council to a man with shall we say.... connections?", said Scrub with a horrible grin. He was a short hunched over goblin with a long nose and a rather skinny boney frame covered in an old greasy cloak. He was what happen if you took the words "unsavory" and "goblin" and pushed them together in a dark murky alleyway somewhere.

Dyzz quirked a brow at Scrub. She had someone working on underground connections and establishment of a mercantile presence... however, that was a long journey, even for one of Grease's talents. The portly goblin wizard and merchant extraordinaire was a ways off, cornering markets in lands where the Varan had undoubtedly not yet reached. "Rogues have their uses. But if you want to join Dyzz's war council, you will have to prove yourself."

Vishdilub stepped in. "A lone hobgoblin is easy to watch, and gauge. The loyalties of a rogue are often more... subtle things. We will see." Vishdilub oozed leery perceptiveness, and Aitainyn raised a brow at the rogue, but said nothing, shifting in her armor as she shrugged noncommittally. Come what may... she seemed ready to handle it.

Dyzz shrugged then, too. "If he can earn a redcap, then he's fine by Dyzz. Need ability, foremost. Gonna be making use of it sooner than later." She walked to him, and cracked her knuckles. "Stab Dyzz. Martial ability very important. So, gonna test yours. We'll see just how skillfull you really is." She stood there in front of him, no weapons to hand, and near to naked... and didn't seem intimidated in the least. She was beautiful, and in that moment, it was obvious that she was confidant. Moreover, neither of her council members seemed worried in the least about her ending up with a dagger between the ribs.

Asta couldn't believe this, were they really gonna let that... that.... sleazy little mudfly in. She scoffed at him rolling her eyes But then her gaze shot back to Dyzz and Scrub once she heard the whole "try to stab me" part. "What!?", she said looking back at the other two and seeing their mostly unconcerned faces, Dyzz just stood there waiting for something.

Scrub for his part was surprised by the request himself. beedy light green eyes blinking at Dyzz a few times as he ran that back in his head a few times. His expression was flat as he could make it, the shit eating grin gone. "Ho well now....", he said taking few seconds to scrutinize Dyzz's rather ravishing body "I couldn't possibly stab such a... fine specimen like yer self my lady....", he said putting up his hands a look of apprehension on his face. but then suddenly his surpised looked turned into a nasty grin as he tried to kick Dyzz right in the shin with blade that had somehow popped right out of his boot!

Asta gasped as Scrub made the attempt and she was just about to leap up and tackle the (in her opinion) worthless little shit.

Dyzz didn't budge. Didn't react at all. When that blade bit into her shin, from the boot, she just quirked a brow, looking down at it. "Oh?" The blade was stuck... the flesh around it turned to stone, leaving it unable to escape. "Well, well. Goblins are much smarter in this world." Vishdilub chuckled behind her. She released the stoneform around the blade, and gently kicked it off, as to not break the blade. There was very little blood... it was viscous, and the wound, which had certainly hit bone, closed immediately as it left Dyzz's shin. "Decisive, good. You'll do. But remember..." She grinned, feral and terrifying. "Stabbing Dyzz in the back works about as good as stabbing Dyzz in the shin." She laughed and turned to Asta. "Go with Aitainyn. We got a few weapons. Find something that fit comfortable in you hands. Once you got a feel for it, come back to cave. We start discussion then." She turned and headed into the cave, hips sashaying with the regal grace of a being that considered herself utterly invincible... and authoritative. Aitainyn rolled her shoulders, and tilted her head, indicating for Asta to follow. She paused to look at Scrub too, then nodded to him as well.

"Might have some daggers lying around. And a cap." Her voice was beautiful, even delivered as gruffly as it was. She walked off towards the 'armory'... a hodgepodge pile of weapons collected from those who'd fled here, ready to be redistributed to whatever hands could wield them in defense of all.

Asta was just as surpised as Scrub was, both their mouths open as they stared at the stab wound. Scrub very nearly fell to his backside once his blade was neatly dislodged. "What in the bloody hells...", was all he said before she gave him that rather scary warning followed by a rather charming laugh. It left the greezy greenskin with a rather nervous look. he'd adjust his collar a little and gulp. "Y-Yeah sure boss, hear ya' loud 'n clear.", he said with nervous chuckle.

Asta tried to store what she saw and think about it later... it brought up way to many questions that she didn't want to ask right now. She watched as Dyzz's hips swayed away from her her eyes stuck to those butt cheeks as her blush returned. she looked away and with the blanket still around her as she followed Aitainyn inside, she just wouldn't let go of it. Scrub wiped some sweat off his brow and simply followed as well. On the whole for whatever reason the "former" thief felt he was lucky to be alive right now...

Asta looked upon the assorted weapons most were a bit worn and old but looked still in one piece. She kept the banket gripped in one hand as the other raced out to pick up a few different ones. A short sword? Nah... not her size. A hand axe? Nah.... perhaps.... nah still to small. She finally fished out a spear, Ah now this was more her style. All watchmen/women were trained to use a spear and spears on the whole were easy to use. Especially with someone like Asta on the other end. Of course she mostly ever used her spear to hit people with the blunt end, usual criminals, mostly thieves and a few gangs that tried to intimidate her. "Well I suppose this will work." she said as she adjusted the blanket.

Aitainyn looked over Asta's choice, drawn to the spear. "A simple weapon... efficient. But..." She took the spear out of Asta's hands, and cast it aside. "A waste of your potential. The watch wasn't used to having a hobgoblin in the ranks, I see. They didn't know how to utilize you." She stepped back to the pile, and took up a halberd, and a glaive. "The halberd is a trifecta of martial efficiency. It has a spear head, an axe blade, and a blade on the reverse side of the axe head, mainly for use dragging cavalry from the saddle." She held forward the glaive. "The glaive has a heavy blade on the end, and though it requires quite a degree of skill, is perhaps the most potent melee weapon ever devised for the field of battle. I will train you with all weapons... but of them, I think one of these two will best suit. Pick one, and we will go to Dyzz." She looked to Scrub, who'd surely followed. "There are daggers. Take a few, as many as you can effectively use. You will see combat soon enough." She shifted in her armor, found a red cap, and tossed it to him. "That is a badge of honor for a vagabond such as yourself. Wear it proudly. From it, you will derive a measure of authority in the days to come.... and keep in practice. As soon as we find someone better, your cap will be passed on." They demanded results... if he wanted a position, he had best be determined to work hard enough to keep it. Aitainyn then walked on, leading the way back to the caves as the two were left with a few moments to make some life altering decisions.

Asta found the spear taken from her she flowed for a second, she was comfortable with spears but apparently she was being woefully under estimated in the watch..... so it came down to halberd or glaive. she looked over each as it was shown to her a look of concentration on her face. Also she was surprised to finally hear Altainyn speak, well at least she finally heard her voice.

Scrub caught the cap, turning it over in his hands a few times even taking out a small magnifying glass to look over it as she explained its purpose. He took a few rather jagged looking daggers to hide in his scruffy cloak after putting it on again he gave his terrible grin, "Right you are miss... right you are.", he said quite liking the sound getting power over others. It was one of the things he never could buy or sell....

After Aitainyn took her leave of the room the two looked at eachother. "Heh, heh, heh looks like we're in this together ay? No more throwing poor old Scrub out the door ay? We're on a level playing field now you and I.... so I'll be the bigger goblin and forgive all your past transgressions heheheheh.", he said with a terrible chuckle. Asta just glared at him and growled as she picked up the halberd, it was multi purpose and felt more familiar to her then the glave. "Shut up Scrub.", she growled as she shoved him back into the room beyond taking care not to drop her blanket. "Ow it was joke ay ay ay!", he protested.

Dyzz was waiting when Aitainyn brought the pair to the cavern. She and Vishdilub sat on stumps around a crude map of the region, made from intel gathered around the camp. Vishdilub pointed the way he thought a rousting was likely to begin in the morning, starting where greenskin populations had been more focused, and working their way towards the coal mines. He then illustrated the roads by which he felt they'd make the greatest speed away from the region... along with the likeliest routes they'd go less noticed. Dyzz would wave the pair over, and with a sweeping gesture, show them the map. "We're trying to choose our way. You two are more familiar with the region... have either of you's ever been west? What do you think?" Aitainyn would stand at Dyzz's shoulder, like a bodyguard... though the necessity of such a thing for Dyzz was highly suspect. Vishdilub watched Asta with great, though guarded interest.

Asta would look down at the map She'd been a little ways away from the town but she had never traveled very far into the Crags, the supposed homeland of all greenskin kind. "Welll from what i heard that big road there is not where we want to go.... that's tribal orc territory. I don't think they'd think twice about attacking us.", Asta said pointing to what would have been considered the main road. "Oi lemme see that...", said Scrub as he turned it towards himself. "Yeah that's right west is definitely orc turf and they don't take kindly to outsiders....", he said with grimace. "Buuuuut ol' Scrub has been able to do business wit em' well one of them tribes anyway. I gives em what they want they give ol' Scrub a few odds and ends that they..... "find" while out and about ya get me? Anyway I could possibly make a deal with em' they'd remember ol' Scrub!", he said pausing to look back at Asta. She didn't like this.... the orc tribes could not be trusted.... maybe they'd allow a single little shit stain of a goblin like Scrub around but a whole group? No way... far as she was concerned the orcs were to be avoided...

She didn't know much about military maneuvers or positioning but, she figured what the hell, she had her own ideas and they did ask. "Ok heres a big what if... but say we skrit the along border. it'd be kinda risky but it's much more forested you know lots of trees and stuff. If we head west that way I guess it would be kinda a pain for the Varan bastards or the orcs to come after us very easily..." , she said trailing off at the end hoping she didn't sound like an idiot.

Dyzz listened, and listened well. The orcs could indeed pose a serious threat... and though Dyzz and her small retinue could handle an army of them, they couldn't protect the refugees while they did so, nor did they wish to be caught between the orcs and the templars, should they opt to pursue. Dyzz had her chin in hand, then paused, drawing back, and breathing deeply, several times. Vishdilub smirked, and Aitainyn showed no reaction. When Dyzz was done... her entire demeanor changed. She slipped into an unfamiliar posture, one leg crossed over the other, chin still in hand, but leaning differently... and she watched the map with a critical eye. "Terrain here?" She pointed to a spot along the outskirts, where Asta had mentioned.

Vishdilub responded. "Ah, hills, to the best of my knowledge. Scant tree cover."

Dyzz nodded. "And the enemy, horsed?"

"We should assume so. They have an armed cavalry, nearly a hundred according to the estimates of a stable boy."

Dyzz nodded again. She pointed to a spot. "Here, I can stop a charge." I, instead of 'Dyzz'. "Here, we can avoid the orcs... until we no longer wish to. It's likely that the templars will stop at the border until they have a larger force. They're not quite prepared for open war. Which is why we're going to start one." She stood. "Vishdilub, Asta, and Scrub, you will help me convince the orcs to cover the refugee's retreat. Aitainyn will see them safely to their destination, when we break off at the border to... negotiate in the heart of the orc encampment." It was likely just a border force of the orcs, a small town in scope. It didn't matter. What mattered is making sure they rubbed shoulders with the templars, and found themselves uncomfortable. News would travel fast, of war... and the orcs would be stirred, preferably in time to meet any real offensives the templars might mount.

Scrub found this prospect not quite too his liking, he could smooth talk orcs, all you had to do was show them something they might want, from a safe distance of course. just far enough away that they knew you could bolt, but close enough that if they played your game they'd get what they want while you could trade for something they didn't think had much value for your stuff. But nogoation? with tribal orcs? They might as well try to tell a brick wall to move, at least he thought. But maybe.... just make it all one big sale.... trade safe passage for.... what....? he'd have to get back to that. They'd see him rub his boney looking hands together as he thought. "Weeell it's worth a shot maybe wes can even make a profit so long as we make the deal the right way....", he grumbled.

Asta blinked, she noticed the subtle change in the way Dyzz spoke and held herself. "what the... is no one else noticing that? it's weird! I shouldn't say anything though.", she thought. But then she realized she'd be going too. "What? Me? Are you sure? I mean.... what could I do to help there?", she asked giving Dyzz an uncertain look.

Vishdilub openly laughed at Scrub. "Dyzz doesn't deal with orcs. She tells them what to do, and they do it. You'll see. This isn't going to be a negotiation... she's going in there to humiliate them and rile them up. They'll leave the refugees alone because they simply won't care by the time she's done with them. And we all get to enjoy the ride." He had a near feral grin on his face. It seemed Vishdilub quite looked forward to the chaos Dyzz intended to cause. "Of course, if the Templars follow us, an amped up orc tribe or two will create a fine skirmish barrier for us to retreat behind. Orcs do have such a... fragile sense of honor."

Dyzz looked to Asta as she asked her question. "Is a learning experience. Also, the orcs need to see that hobgoblins support the goblin queen. You will have to be by my side for all of my public appearances. That's simple public relations." Dyzz's intellect seemed to have shot up more than a few notches, after her little meditative piece.

Scrub was quite a bit annoyed with Vishdilub, and he was not easily convinced that Dyzz could just walk in there humiliate a tribe of orcs. he would scoff slightly but not press the issue.... after all if things did start going pear shaped he was one of the best at not being where you think he is... he always had a backup plan.

Asta would look down in thought taking this all in. She'd seen that Dyzz was capable of some rather strange things... bt would that be enough to make the orc obey? Also, she really didn't get why her people, the hobgoblins, were so important in all this. little did she know that they were the most intelligent of all greenskin kind and perhaps one of the hardest things to kill on this side of the world, their ability to survive was legadry to those that knew the truth. Asta however did not, she had no idea her skin was strong enough to take a fireball or cause an axe to lodge in her without going through.

"Well i mean, if you need me that much i guess I'll come too...." , she said looking into Dyzz's eyes perhaps trying to guess just how she was doing that... making herself smarter?

Dyzz smiled up at her, posture relaxing back into her usual state. "Atta girl!" She slapped Asta on the rump, and gave it a squeeze while she was at it. The force was nearly enough to bowl the much larger hobgoblin over. Vishdilub spent the night communicating with scouts through magical means, and Aitainyn distributed weapons and prepped the goblins to fight if they had to... Dyzz hunted. Dyzz brought back, dragging them by their hind legs, a very large fully grown male boar, and a brown bear, each several times larger than herself. The camp ate well that night, and there was even a pelt collector or two to take up and preserve the skins... he promised that once they had the services of a good tanner, they could make Asta some fitting hide and bone armor.

The next day came all too soon, and the camp moved out, wary for enemy pursuit. By the time they were within a mile of the border, Vishdilub predicted, they'd know whether they were going to be pursued or not. They'd stayed as long as they dared, to collect refugees, and had only risked so much because they were waiting to take the hobgoblin, a measured risk. Dyzz was by Asta's side the whole trip. "If the Templars do not come, we will not bother the orcs. They will react to the Templars presence in time. We are almost there, but stay sharp."

Asta's butt would jiggle delightfully as she gave her a butt slap and squeeze combo. the large girl jump as her face would flush with blush. She'd pull her blanket back down to cover herself once more after that.... oh how she missed having actual clothes. having boar and bear for dinner put Asta a little more at ease even if she did wounder where and how Dyzz got them.... still she wasn't going look a gift horse in the mouth, goblins on average have pretty big appetite for their size, so Asta being bigger than everyone had to eat a lot. She was glad that they wanted to fix her clothing situation but she imagined herself in bone and hide armor.... gods she really would like an orc then except being way too tall and fair of feature. She imagined herself looking like a well..... a barbarian. bigger loin cloth, skulls on the shoulders maybe even a boney bra. it made her blush. all she really wanted was to get some fucking pants! she was very unused to her lower lips getting so much air, her makeshift loincloth being just too tiny.

Asta, despite the hardships of the day slept well, waking up to find everything was real.... she was still out here. She was a bit depressed at first, some of the other goblins were like this too, easpally the younger ones of the group. But, eventually she sucked it up. She followed along with a very uncomfortable look on her face as they moved out. She was nearly naked after all many had gotten unintentional looks at her bare butt, pussy, and a few nip slips that she could do nearly nothing about, she had to keep her hands on the halberd. she would have tried to hide behind or infront of Dyzz but she was just so tall that wouldn't do a thing for her.

"Right...." was all Asta said after adjusting her bra-strip for the umptenth time. Then was a strange silence, a few crows flew away. Then suddenly the sound of horse hooves could be heard thumping against the grass. Then suddenly four silver knights on horseback burst through the blushes as one cried, "For the great Goddess!" and headed straight for them.

Dyzz would approach Asta the following day with another gift. She'd taken the skull of the boar and made a skull bra not unlike her own, fitted to Asta... perfectly so, along with a larger loincloth. It would protect her modesty... to an extent. To the extent that boob cover and a loincloth generally protected ones modesty. As for Dyzz, she was quite comfortable in the role of a barbarian, and as the camp packed up and moved, she'd be keeping Scrub and Vishdilub close, while Aitainyn stayed ahead keeping a keen eye on the procession. Aitainyn had a head for organization and an eye for detail... and could make good calls in difficult situations, under pressure. Vishdilub was a powerhouse that made up for Dyzz's greatest weakness... being a single person. Where she could take any enemy, a giant or a monster was more her style... something singular she could focus all her might on. If it came to a numbers game, Vishdilub could even impossible odds on the spot.

Dyzz told Asta as they walked that either of the forsaken, the black skinned goblins, were her equal as a combatant. They had been cursed by a God of Lore, sequestered away into a fairy tale book land, and, having been torn from their families, went insane. Their skin blackened with the corruption of their heinous, depraved crimes in that place, as they fought each other in orgies of murderous violence, seeking release... a cold imitation of Valhalla, as it were. When released, they were the most dangerous foes she'd ever faced, but with the help of another God, she was able to calm them, to give them back their sanity. They were the Forsaken... and they were what goblinkind *could* be. Powerful, intelligent... supremely skillful.

When the horsemen came from the brush, Dyzz laughed aloud. Four? She expected them to come in number. She asked Vishdilub for an accounting of enemy forces, and he contacted the scouts magically, as Dyzz moved to intercept. She took that stone headed axe from her side, and hefted it, watching them approach, nonchalant. Then, she tossed it. It spun, end over end, and where it flew, the earth was rent in great chunks by slashing, gale force winds that followed the arc of the blade. It circled in an arc like a boomerang, and slashed through the horsed men... tearing them from their metal suits in gory fashion, spraying fountains of blood as it rent them asunder. When it had passed through them, leaving the horses intact though panicked, it came back to Dyzz's hand. "Asta, Scrub, secure the horses. Take one for you'selves, give one to Vishdilub, one to Aitainyn. Get the group moving faster. We ride for the Orcs."

Asta was thankful for the change of "clothes", but still found herself way more exposed then she'd like. She found the bone hugged her massive breasts rather firmly. she would mess with them here and there finding her "girls" unsused to such a hard covering. The sides of her butt might still be seen jiggling enticingly.

unfortunately for this scout contingent, they had vastly underestimated who they were dealing with. They found themselves dead in a rather spectacular fashion. their ghosts very confused before they passed on. The goblin scouts reported that there were a whole lot of them or as Little Mixiy the stable boy put it, "A whole plowing ton of them." it seemed that those were the scouts, an advancement of men to search for any greenkins and alert the main extermination force. More hoove could be heard in the distance they were close but their scouts couldn't raise the alert before bitting it. They would find they sooner or later though they were too close. Oddly enough the broken armor of the men seemed to evaporate after a second or two of their owners being dead....

Many were surprised by what Dyzz did but didn't really have the time to question it. Scrub was contemplating looking through the dead men's things butt grabbed the horse's reins reluctantly in his skinny arms. As Asta took on herself the struggle horse seeming to calm down a bit too quickly from her cooing words. It seemed she had a way with animals. the other goblins held their weapons rather meekly and hesitantly, they were just people like anyone else just scared and wanted to go home. the orcs and half orcs of the group seemed much more comfortable with weapons in their hands. They stood close to their smaller bertheren protectively.

the horses were passed to the others by Asta who got them calm enough to be handed over. she'd keep looking over her shoulder at the brush, half expecting an army to come running through it. they saddled up relatively quickly, Asta knew how to ride but not having any panties to speak of while riding made it a bit uncomfortable in the saddle.... Scrub seemed know what he was doing too though he was more at home riding a pygmy orc warboar, unfortunately he wasn't able to snag his mount back in town as he had to leave in a big hurry. the refugees were read to move as fast as they could, one didn't have to tell them twice.

The orc "village" wasn't far from there. Well, village would be too strong of a word for what was there. If anything it was more of a big glorified camp. it was crude and brutal looking much like the Orcs themselves. A skull here and there, an ax struck to sign that said "Hathoo-wack's camp" boar skin tents scattered around one big fire. Two big very wide bodied Orcs guarded the makeshift bone fencing around the place. The were very dark green and had very long tusks, they even had a few pieces of metal armor on, covering the rest of their bodies with boar skin. they had Metal battle axes, they must have be a bit well off to actually have metal weapons. Asta found herself on edge once the camp came into sight.

Dyzz listened to Vishdilub well. "Ok, let's slow them, then." She still had that axe in hand, and once everybody was past, threw it along a straight line across the land towards the tree line.... and for a ways in the opposite direction, as well. It tore great, huge gauges in the earth, kicking up dirt and grass and forming a long, natural trench. Then, she stepped back, and Vishdilub in canted strange words, and rose a barrier wall of bone behind it. It was a large, unnatural barrier... that would do well to delay the enemy. They made sure to take everything from the corpses that was usable as well... they had few good quality, metal weapons.

Then, Dyzz was taking her small retinue off towards the Orc camp. Just a blue goblin, a necromancer goblin, a hobgoblin, and a roguish goblin. When Dyzz came upon the orcs, she loudly requested to see the village chief... as the Queen of the Goblins. She would give them a chance at diplomacy, of course. That was just common courtesy. But depending on their reactions, they were likely to have a very bad day. Dyzz had ridden in the saddle with Vishdilub, and approached the orcs on foot, hip thrust out and leaning on one leg, relaxed. She showed no fear before these creatures...
