Question: Mimbranes "swelling" option

So I have 8 mimbranes attached to steele, and have a trust lvl of 4. But there is still a disabked option of mimbrane "swelling", which is not listed on the wiki.

Does anybody know what it is, and how it is enabled? Is there a trust lvl5 which is not in the wiki?

That requires the Mimbrane Symbiosis perk. To get it, you'll need to go to sleep with a total mimbrane trust of at least 24 and a Willpower of at least 75% max, then select 'Refuse' (not having the Willpower will prevent you from selecting that option).
