To be honest I've been having issues imagining a third level without it going into prolapse territory, or some sort of an orifice version of a ziggurat.

If the board is fine with that I'd be willing to write up some stuff.

At current, it doesn't, but I'll leave it as-is for now. Things that contribute to the puffiness level of a vagina are the Pussy Mimbrane (how much it's been fed, but only on the primary vagina), the various pumped flags, and whether or not it is an equine or mouthgina type.
