Yeah, Cybernetic Synchronization and certain cybernetic parts are also in the code but not in the game; that does mean I can cheat them in though.
By using a save editor. Thats how people add colors and certain parts to their character that aren't yet possible.
Cybernetics are currently in TiTSEd, and as for colors and stuff that isn't, you can just manually type something in and it should stick.
Also, TiTSEd isn't the only editor, nor the best, just the friendliest in my opinion.
