snitch on Vrannus after the dungeon? I'm pretty sure I picked him in the Feast but I haven't seen any way to do so like some people have suggested, did that one person only mean when you talk to the guard right at the beginning of the Varena path of the siege?

i think you have to not have chosen him as a suspect to Calise at the end of A Feast for Heroes
