Manually color scales?

I'm not that far into the game but I was wondering if there's an item or vendor that can let me pick my character's scale colors manually. Kind of want to have gold scales.

According to the wiki, there's a random chance of getting gold scales from Dragonsblood, not Dark Dragonsblood however. Other colors:

Azure: Dragonsblood
Black: Dark Dragonsblood, Dragonsblood, Odd-Looking Salve*, Scale Salve,
Blue: Frostleaf
Brown: Scale Salve
Crimson: Ashen Leaf*, Cinderleaf, Dark Dragonsblood, Dragonsblood
Dark Green: Odd-Looking Salve*
Ebony: Dark Dragonsblood
Gold: Dragonsblood
Gray: Odd-Looking Salve*
Green: Dragonsblood, Scale Salve**
Indigo: Frostleaf
Ocean-Blue: Siorc Bulbs
Olive: Odd-Looking Salve*
Orange: Scale Salve**
Pink: Ashen Leaf, Dark Dragonsblood, Dragonsblood, Odd-Looking Salve
Red: Ashen Leaf, Cinderleaf, Dark Dragonsblood, Dragonsblood, Scale Salve**
