To be honest at this point, especially after this back and forth I think it would be better to shelve the idea for now, Jstar. Wait till Drifa and the knot cave inhabitants are all nice and cozy in the game and Tetsuya's expansion and bro path are also there, see what we got in terms of followers at that point as I'm sure we'll get a couple more eventually by that point, and then come back to the idea of one or the other (or both if you feeling feisty) getting a follower path depending on what the game could use. Maybe get a new character out as a palette cleanse to help make the choice.
