Hello, I'm a backer but I'm relatively new to the game and haven't explored much of the content yet (at least I think). However, I've been seeing a lot of Adj's busts that have to do with some galactic jail or something. I'm not sure if this is content that is already released or has yet to come out. So basically I was just hoping someone could fill me in on this topic. Thanks!

There is a prison area planned to the best of my knowledge, but it isn't in game yet.
The prison has been written and art'd. It's ready to be coded; probably soon-ish.

Would Space Prison be unlocked from the start or need PC send someone there first...like after finishing Tarkus Stellar Tether?
You need to send someone there first. Sometime after, you'll get an invitation from the Warden.
Is there a sort of ever-growing 'Master List' of characters that can proc the Email from the Warden?
Yes, actually. Once the prison gets in and Shou redoes his bust, Zaalt will be able to be sent there.
If you didn't send Zaalt to jail, then no, he won't show up in jail. Weird how that works.
I guess the real question is whether or not the characters you can optionally send to jail will have further content for players who didn't send them to jail. Like, I did the diplomacy option because it seemed the healthiest for the Zil. But I opted to let Lah go because.. Between him and Mr. Snuggly, it was really obvious which one of them was more likable. But if there isn't gonna be more content for him down the road, I guess I'll revert to an earlier save and send him over there anyways.
I definitely intend Lah to show up on the Tarasque if you finish the quest that way. I'd like him to turn up somewhere else if you let him go too, but I've less clear ideas on that.

And poor Zalt to have on of his event solution been sent to jail. Who would sent him to jail to unlock it? snce doing main quest already should give us chance to do this - at least till alt P2 would be added...
