Replacing muscular tissue to in crease strength and lessen fatigue, or having, like your ghost in the shell theory, having a direct neutral interface implanted in your brain giving you mental capabilities far beyond the norm and could potentially be like having a supercomputer in your brain. Granted you'd have to have an extremely power firewall to protect against hacking and viruses, but it could be an alternative to having your entire arm removed and replaced.
