Still trying out the game, but I'm trying to reset my character to a blank slate so I can modify them how I please now I'm in the late game. Is there any items/combination of items that fully resets you to a basic body type?
That depends heavily on what you'd consider to be a 'blank slate'. There's plenty of transformative that all do different things, but if you want the most vanilla one take a bunch of root of man and become human I guess.
Im pretty sure you can go to settings and click reset character, not sure if it completely resets it, or just in terms of appearance, but its worth a try
