How to know when updates happen?

Hello! I'm new to the whole forums thing, so I don't know if there is already a thread like this. I tried to find one but maybe I'm not using the right search terms?? ;;

Anyway, I wanted to ask; how exactly do we know when TiTS is updated? I play the download version, is there like an updator thing I don't know about?

More often than not October and December have end-of-month public updates to coincide with Halloween and winter holidays.
