How do you get the Oil Lamp?

I have talked to the kobold queen and looked in the overpriced shop in the Mino outskirts. From what I understand the lamp is supposed to be in one of those two locations after browsing.

I have not gotten an option to browse. Do I need to go to the party and see the Minotaur King first? The kobold queen mentioned trade with him.

Given that Nash's option is available as soon as you can first enter KM's outskirts regardless of anything else you've done, the obvious question here is: Have you properly updated your game to the new patch?

The downloadable version for mobile is behind the browser version so that's why I didn't have the latest patch. I didn't know that before, thanks!
