Bao ponders for a moment, but... it's hard not to think of having some more 'surf and turf' style fun. He finds himself glancing at the Quagsire's crotch, blushing as lewd images of him being ravaged by that huge shaft came to mind.
Bao looked a little put out, but nodded. He could wait. He rubbed the back of his head, looking apologetic about ogling the Quagsire.
The Dewott shrugged. He wasn't exactly sure what there was to do around here. He could continue on... but Muddy looked quite eager to get the wait over and done with.
Drake blinked and looked up through the surface of the water. Was someone trying to get a drink?
Bao's eyes stared, his jaw slack. Then he registered Team Plasma, and was out with a start, suddenly sprinting in the direction they were going. He kept his eyes forward, but glanced up constantly, frowning.
The riders all released pokeballs into the air, and in an instant a swarm of gastlys were in the air, pelting Lugia with their incorporeal attacks. Despite its great power, Lugia was still, at its core, a psychic-type, and the ghost-type moves quickly depleted its power. Lugia was going down.

'No!' Bao kept going, praying for Lugia's safety. Why, why did they have to do this? What did Team Plasma want!? He had do something, anything to stop them!
Though he ran with all his might, by the time Bao go to the sight all that was left were several shattered trees, and dozens of scorch marks from the various attacks that had gone off. Looking up, he could see the pokemon riders heading toward a nearby human city.
Bao skidded to a stop, panting, before silently cursing and kicking the ground. He had been too late! They probably had Lugia now... He then looks at the human city, frowning slightly, before turning and dashing off into another direction. He had to try and find another legendary... someone who could help Lugia.

As he barreled through the woods, Bao didn't even see the round blue shape of Muddy until it was too late. He plowed into the quagsire, and came to sudden stop as the plush body absorbed the blow like a wall of molasses. "Hey, there you are," said Muddy. "Did you see what happened?"
Bao frowned heavily and shook his head, before quickly writing about how they need to get help, suggesting the Swords of Justice first.
Bao made to answer... then frowned and shook his head. But he figured they might be nearby, considering what just happened. And if not, then somewhere in the forests.
"Well then, we're going to need the help of someone who can find things that don't usually want to be found." Muddy scratched his chin as he thought. "I think I know someone. Far to the north-west is an area the humans call route nine. Some of the pokemon that live there are good at telling fortunes; maybe one of them can help find a few legendaries."
Bao nods, smiling thankfully at Muddy, giving him a hug filled with gratitude. Once they break, he gestures for the other to lead the way, not wanting to waste any time.
The two journeyed through Pinwheel forest, until they came to the edge of the sea, and the immense human structure known as Skyarrow Bridge. The huge edifice towered into the sky above, and stretched off into the distance, where they could see it connect to the far away Castelia City.
"So, shall we walk or swim?" asked Muddy.

Bao frowned slightly. Walking on the bridge would make a high chance of getting caught. but who knows what agitated Pokemon would be under the bridge? He looks at the two, before nodding, heading down towards the river so they could swim across.
The two of them dove into the crystal clear water of the bay and began the long swim across. The water under the bridge was surprisingly crowded. All manner of fish pokemon swam about in schools, or on their own, and the supports of the massive bridge were covered in staryou. Thankfully, none of them seemed to egar to pick a fight with two evolved pokemon; even if they were a little soft looking. Eventually, the bridge came to an end and they found themselves in the harbor of Castelia City.
