Attrition Expert does not proc when a debuff is applied by the Aesthetic Sense perk. The first two debuffs are from Grease but the third one is a single stack of Resonance from Aesthetic Sense procing upon doing damage. In the picture Kiyoko has no buffs from Attrition Expert even though Aesthetic Sense debuffed the enemy.
