Confirmation of Oral with Cousin on Train

In the Phaedra train heist quest, I remembered that there was a scene where you can have an intimate moment with Jack/Jill. Later updates and replays later, it took me awhile but I realized that its no longer there.

Has this part of the content been cut? Or some new condition to get it to appear?

nothing has changed since its release. you need to have danced with them on dhaal and saved them from the farrow facility. the option appears after talking to them about motivation

There's also a chance that your save did not get the "Danced with Cousin" flag set correctly. It happened with mine, where I had danced with them way back when the Dhaal Party was first implemented. When I checked the flags last week to find this scene, that flag was undefined.
