Sometimes I walk around the forest nuking the effigies with fireball in blind revenge after they caused me so much trouble in the early builds. I don't even sex them anymore; I just watch the little shits burn. Sorry, maybe this was too screwed up.

There's almost no problem that Fireball can't take off.

What about a burning building? With cute catgirls and wolfgirls trapped inside?

Why do you think I weasled myself an out with the almost? :p

Though if you want to be mean, a fireball on a burning building with cute catgirls and wolfgirls will solve the problem of them being trapped if the fireball is targeted right. Kind of like injecting disinfectant into the bloodstream will make Covid-19 no problem for the person that does it.

As in, the end result is death.

As it should. If I could shoot fireballs in my daily life I'd get some petty revenge on those pricker bushes, I'll tell you that much.

It's always nice to know who the burniators are. :)

Fireball is cool and all, being the quintessential wizard spell, but I gotta admit I like Shatter better. It has neat lore attached, automatically hits all enemies for full damage, and recharges in three turns instead of four, all while also doing the same amount of damage as Fireball.

Anyway my confession is that I have one character who's a perpetual grouch and hates sex. Basically TiTS' Dr. Lash; just a grumpy old man who thinks all these kids are too damn horny and need a good whack on the noggin from his whackin' stick.

I've never tried Gwyn or Kiyoko's content until very recently, as I'm not a pregophile in the slightest. However I'm willing to look past certain disinterests if the characters have depth to them (Similar to how, despite my massive dislike for futas, I fricking love Sera from TiTS because of her depth, so I'm willing to interact with her if it means seeing that at least), and I'll admit the act of breeding itself is hot. I know one can lead into the other but it's possible to like them separate as fetishes in fact. Playing Kiyoko's content rn and I'm already liking her, though lol that'll very likely change once the first child comes along.

Never played Warrior or Thief, they never appealed to my play-style compared to the Mages and Charmer. I even started relying on spellpower for my Charmer as well instead of physical and got to hybrid classing, because otherwise all that willpower I'm putting into it can go to waste outside libido/lust management for the PC. I'm no tank or anything and like to dish big hits on either bars or heal. Ya'll can have your big damage Warriors, I'm making everyone want to fuck me and walking off the moment they beg me to just to fuck WITH them. :p

I don't see the appeal in Brienne but that's just my lack of interest towards amazonian looking gals talking. I like them smaller, bonus points if petite which is rare.

When I got to the Kitsune Ruins and the gem puzzles it came with I hated it immediately because of the format/style of it. IK it's not that hard but listen I'm a dumbass with THOSE kinds of puzzles okay... :U

I've never fucked the Caravan gals I use them for food buffs and that's it lol.

People use the alcohol boons?????????????

I thought Taeleer's were full bunnyfolk or something idk why. Was disappointed when I saw they weren't, but I got over it because Quin is smoking hot (Literally)

I think the Taeleer were fully bunnyfolk, but centuries of interbreeding with humans lead to them looking like they are now.

Well, you do have to make Brint keep the cursed armor on to get Brienne and I couldn't do that to a bro. *BRO FIST!*

I know there's alcohol boons, but I've never used them. Also, the only time I've ever used healing items was in the Floof house.

Change for the better, I should think. Kinu is too precious for words and impposible to dislike.

Yeah I've seen the codex for 'em speak of the species possibly being more animalistic in appearance in the canon's past and I think Bubble mentioned somewhere before that they were as well before and their current look/TF is the more "modern" one (Interesting... :allears:)

In regards to alcohol boons I was aware of them but I didn't think they'd be of much use. (Also the wikia for some reason lists the boon's as lasting 1 hour which means jack all if you're traveling so I was turned off. Idk if that was how it was super early development but I'm glad they don't last that little in actuality). Only recently I noticed their uses. I don't have to invest in Agility anymore because I can drink a Cider to do it, saving my points for the actual stats I want.

OK, ready fore to get banned. I actually do not like Kiyoko and Kinu

Mind you I am not too far into their storyline, and I won't be for a while do to a self-inflicted playbreak. I dunno, they just haven't 'clicked' for me. They are a bit too perfect in some regards, and I do not realy feel their flaws. Don't get me wrong, I like the ideas behind them. It's just that I see the ideas, but not really them as a living charactet.

But maybe I just need a re-play. Sera also took a while to click. For her, I had to 'edit' her cruelty way down. And once it clicked, it clicked hard. I never knew I needed a beautiful dom in my life.Just not as cruel as my first reads painted the scene. They needed a more compassionate vibe, like Evelyn.

And a confession, Evelyn might as well have been written for me. Gorgeous kinks me the f*&# out.

E: goddammit i can't spell today

It's perfectly valid to not like Kiyoko and Kinu. Observer seems to have a crystal-clear idea of who his characters are, and writes them exactly as he envisions them instead of compromising to appeal to everyone. They were written with a specific audience in mind, and if you're not a member of said audience it's fine to acknowledge that.

My confession is I don't like any of the futa contents. I like dicks and I like melons, but I don't like them together. If I need to play with some tits I play with my own. There's nothing like rubbing against a hard chisel chest. <3

I'm also an unethical businessman in-game. I sell like hundreds of items that I don't have and walk away with a bunch of electrum coins. I'm essentially robbing them through unfair exchange. The kitsunes would hate me if they knew but I still do it anyway. At least I use it for a good cause because I maxed out on the nursery.

I found this out by tapping on SELL way too fast. Btw I'm on a touch screen. The game didn't continue to the next item in my inventory, but instead remained stuck on the second item as long as I kept tapping. So what I did was I took my most valuable item and placed it at the bottom of my inventory. Have one item you don't need it front of it and then spam the sell button until you feel like you had enough coins. If you want to keep your second item you just undo sell by removing it from their list. But you can only do it once! So don't think you can get multiple same unique item.

What?! Burn the heretic!

But I get it. I like breasts, and do not care what's below. Although I do make an exception for Brint.

So... A businessman?

The funny thing is, this has KINDA happened IRL. In a webshop, if you canceled the order right after, you would cancel the invoice, but not the delivery. A person had basically ordered stuff for thousands of dollars for free. And sold it back on ebay.

I could expect anything from the US, but the vendor should have the order (how else would they know what and where to send). Mistakes (errors, and that's what this situation is) are one of the reasons to withdraw a contract in any UE country and I would assume it to be similar in the US, but IDK. The problem probably comes from the fact that the ítems were already sold on eBay by the first costumer, to a third pary in Good faith and so, the ítem couldn't be retrieved. This, given the fact that Mr First Costumer didn't actually agree on the price, they couldn't make him give the ítem, nor pay the price. Still, It looks hard to defend for the First Consumer. I don't know US laws but it looks like the poor vendor had a really bad lawyer.

I just hope Ogrish can find a better one to go against Baihap.

I am no lawyer, this story comes from a hacker conference of 'how to make money with hacking'. And the interesting fact that

1. It was no software error that was exploited in a typical hack, like injecting your own code into the software. It was an error in the business logic.
2. The less sophisticated the exploit, the more profitable it got.

And that is the main take-away why the person was not lawyered. No action was illegal. The person ordered, and then pressed cancel at a specific time. All of which are legal. If this happened for example via SQL injection, you could probably lawyer the hell out of that person.

So now legally, both the shop and the person have canceled their contract. However, a delivery was made. I believe the crucial point for the legal part was: It was correctly addressed to that person. At that point, it legally belongs to the person, and selling your belongings on eBay is legal as well.

That's a crucial thing: What you are doing overall is obviously a fraud. But every single action is legal, so you have nothing to really sue on.

Extracontractual and contractual law doesn't need somethig to be illegal. That's criminal law. Con and extracon needs damages and imputability.

The damages are clear, so they would need to check the imputability of them.

It all comes to the fact that a contract was actually made. Their wills merged when First Customer accepted the buy, but it's true that you have some time to withdraw when it comes to internet shopping and that's probably what he was exploiting. The thing is, you can't just withdraw from a contract just saying I won't fulfil my part, it needs proper notification and that's where all of this fails.

First Customer probably argued that it wasn't his fault that the system didn't send the cancelation correctly, and so, It's true there wouldn't be imputability for him (not because it's legal but because you can't actually blame him for that). (To just undo the contract you wouldn't even need imputability, just to prove there was an error, but as I said in my previous comment, I don't think that would be posible given the fact that the ítems were already sold to a third party and the payment not accepted)

Still, that would work for a couple of purchases, for the kind of money he got you could even try to prove the First Customer's bad faith, which would be hard to prove for a couple deliveries, but for that kind of money not so much.

It's difficult to have a formed opinion without reading the exact case (and even more when it comes to US law). But from a UE pov, that's how it looks to me.

There was a confession, then a debate, then more explanation. The only missing was someone posting Dickbutt.

Confession... I want Miko and Mai to smugly tell Kinu they banged her parents.
