Speaking of an easier place to find the changelog, maybe just have a link in the game client somewhere that points to it? You could stick it in the FAQ, Credits, or next to the Patreon buttons or something?

i cant get submission level 2 to trigger, how do i do it?
do i need to start a new save file?

Sorry that I didn't answer this sooner: You should be able to get to level 2 by continuing to gain submission the usual ways. If you're doing e.g. the oral and captain's log events then you're already at level 2, you can't go any further just yet.

The question about edit saving will have to go to Noob.

What is a PIP? Dominating Iannan and this acronym has popped up a few times but google leads me no where no matter how i phrase it.

Physical Interface Platform. She says it the first time you talk about it.

You probably saw "PIP" in the Changelog. Scroll down, it tells you how to access all new content as it comes out.

Well, Saturday night disappeared in a haze of lust as I started this game. Love the concept, love the execution so far. Some questions and ideas:

- As it stands, is there any way to increase Perception, Booksmarts, or Luck other than increasing your submission level to Iannan and having her increase your performance?

- What the items do seems kind of unclear to me. I ran into an event where I was able to use a Jiminy instead of needing to pass a couple of skill checks, and the Contrapartment came in hand when I got boarded. The Jetpack, Laser Cutter, and Redshirt Generator are the ones that confuse me; maybe it's just that the situations where you need them haven't been added to the game yet.

- Clothing is a big part of being able to embody a character, I think. That said, it feels like the bodysuit she gave you is also an important mechanic, and it wouldn't be feasible to have a ton of clothing options since each would require an accompanying image. My suggestion there would be to make it so that you can take off the bodysuit and wear other clothes if you go the dom route or you can modify it in exchange for favors in the sub route, with just a few options in either route.

- Funny enough, I got really confused because I couldn't figure out how to do the sub route. I ended up exploring the dom route first because I ended up with enough favors from exploration grinding that those options became available. The Nerve mechanic never came into play until I read that that was how you get the first submission level, at which point I flew around surrendering to the little attack drones until it happened. It felt a little silly (although that's a nice scene, so I enjoyed seeing it). If there aren't already plans for this, I'd suggest adding some kind of sex scene once you've given Iannan a body that is like a two-stage thing, the first stage just being a sex scene and then having an option midway through it to do something submissive that gives you a couple of points there.

- It would be a nice quality-of-life feature to be able to add a little text description to each save file. I want to do a dom route and a sub route, and being able to tag that on the save files where I branch those out would be great.

Thank you, I hope this feedback is helpful!

The most holiest of grounds
Lots of potential, but it seems that currently the end of the story is marked by catching up to the dude and teaching him a lesson while improving/dominating/submitting to the AI. There aren't any hints of grander things going on and your possible participation in them except for possibly finding out the origin of nigh-inconquerable cloud. Not that a game requires it, just that it gives the impression of a rather shallow, surface-level events story.

Also @Dancer , jetpack and laser cutters do have uses but with the right stats you simply don't need them. I haven't run into a situation for the redshirt generator either though. As far as I can see the stats that you've mentioned don't have trainers currently. It is very tedious and will take longer than most will take exploring the entirety of the game's current content but you can slowly grind up your stats by constantly failing things that require them and even then to a low point because there are very few things that have a skill requirement higher than 18 of which 20 seems to be the current maximum. I can't see how luck can ever be trained or increased without going into superstition or probability shifting implants though.

Thank you for the feedback!

As it stands, is there any way to increase Perception, Booksmarts, or Luck other than increasing your submission level to Iannan and having her increase your performance?

We're hoping to add trainers for the first two in the next backer's patch. I have a training mechanism in mind for Luck in the next area, however it's a much tricker skill to balance and we'll need to think it through carefully before adding it.

What the items do seems kind of unclear to me.

They were going to have much more use in the Wrecks events I had planned, particularly the RSG. Unfortunately that's been shitcanned, so I'm going to have to share more random encounters that require them in the next zone. I'm also going to have to rethink them in general because the way the way I wanted them to be implemented isn't feasible. You will get the chance to put them all to use though, don't worry.

Clothing is a big part of being able to embody a character, I think.

The suit is immutable mainly so our CG artist always knows what the PC is wearing, and that cuts down on the amount of work she has to do. There may be a few scenes where the PC gets to wear something different, but they'll be one-off events that don't have (official) art.

Funny enough, I got really confused because I couldn't figure out how to do the sub route.

Again the fact the Nerve mechanic doesn't really work in its intended role of pushing you down the sub route is a known issue, and one we're looking to resolve. The next zone will have much tougher Nerve losses, and I want to do a thing where Iannan offers you a Nerve balm in exchange for increased Submission at 50% as well. I like your idea too. Just in general there need to be more options for the PC to submit.

- It would be a nice quality-of-life feature to be able to add a little text description to each save file. I want to do a dom route and a sub route, and being able to tag that on the save files where I branch those out would be great.

I've passed this on to our coder, and he says it should be easy to implement.

Luck goes up whenever you get favorable RNG.

One off events where the PC has other outfits will have art.

Losing Nerve does increase your submission (and lowers your stats!) but it's not the only way.

I went ahead and added descriptions to the save slots.

Another month, another patch. This one includes Holli and Lorien, the ilzune futa twins who run a weapons shop on Auspice. One is soft, the other is hard. They have an absolute fuck ton of content, all of it written by bunny/rodent specialist William, which is not all in the game yet. Very glad to finally get some of the hard work he's been doing over the last little while into the game.

So, off gate, I wanna say I love this game, a lot so far. I do however, have some concerns. One of which and probably my primary, is this: Is there gonna be a focus on massive endowments such as disgustingly huge tits or dicks? Because if there is it'll probably sour my opinion on this game really badly. I'm one of those very rare souls who enjoys smaller tits and well proportioned bodies. I like my characters bodies to look like they make sense, not seeing a 5'0 girl have massive E cups or some ridiculous shit like that. I actively PREFER A to low B cup breasts, and I'm scared that this game, like most other porn games, is gonna consider those unattractive and either A) Make things actively harder as a result of playing this way or B) Just make everyone have a C-Cup minimum and say fuck you to anyone who likes anything smaller.

Another concern of mine is what actively working for the ITE is gonna do. How is that gonna impact your relations with other factions? I know that's more of a long game question and at this point is way too broad a topic to really be able to answer due to either not having thought that far ahead yet or simply not yet having the features implemented, but faction interplay is gonna be something I want to see from this and I'm very curious as to how that will work.

Now, this isn't really a concern, but more of me praising the ever loving hell out of you. Naming your ship the Normandy SR-2. I absolutely love the easter egg that unlocks, even if it's only around two easily accidentally skippable text boxes long. You sirs/madams, get a salute for that. I would also recommend maybe adding similar easter eggs for names such as: USS Enterprise. Seriously, this is too perfect not to have one for. The Tardis, while not exactly a spaceship in the traditional sense, I find you can very rarely ever go wrong with a timely, well implemented Dr. Who reference. The ship from Alien, It's name escapes me at the moment, but come on, the potential here is endless. I would actually love to see more ME references too, since this game is clearly taking inspiration from it. Also, you realize your game
s description on TF basically equates to This is ME in Text form correct? On purpose or?

@IdunnoInsertName You can't but I suppose I can add them to the gallery.

@JagerMister I assume you're referring to Adjatha E-cups. The PC has an upper limit on how big they can get and the current art reflects that. There are actually several easter eggs depending on what you name the ship. Maybe @Nonesuch can add more for the Enterprise and Tardis.

I actually like that you guys actively respond to posts in the forums and don't take any criticism/concerns as just being abject hatred for the game and being butthurt about it. When you're actively able to have conversations with the Devs of a game as it goes, it goes a long way toward showing that A) You actively care about the opinions of your playerbase, which is really important in general but doubly so for smaller games like this that are just getting stared. And B) that you care about and are dedicated to maintaining the quality of your work. You and Non aren't going to back down on what you guys want your core game to be, but you're flexible and actully take player suggestions, as long as they're reasonable and can actually improve the quality, under advisement instead of dismissing them outright for your preferred model. That's pretty awesome, so thumbs up from me.

Well you can continuously lower your Nerve to 0 to lower your stats.

EDIT: I uploaded a hot fix so you can train.

Tried dumping my savings into training to no avail, does the game need to see your stats actually go up to unlock the scene? If so I might just ned to try the nerve trick you mentioned.

Nah your stats don't actually need to go up.

Keep reentering the store while twins are working after you've trained 3 times with them each. Eventually you'll get a random event with the suite invite.

I'm pleasantly surprised by how responsive the devs are in this thread, doubly so given that the Patreon page is locked down so that one must be a patron to read any posts whatsoever (or reply-to the single post that is publicly readable). Merely "Following" is useless. There's a Discord mentioned, but is that intended as a patron-only perk? This forum seems to be the only public line of contact to the devs, so I've signed up for Yet Another Fucking Forum to accomplish this. Okay. I really like the writing overall, even if it is not always speaking to My Kink. It does occasionally hit WALL O' TEXT levels that make my eyes glaze over (and I'm a reader! ) But I do have to mention a few things:

(1) The stat increase mechanic for the stats that can't be bought (Perception, Booksmarts, Luck), which is: low stats have a low chance of increasing, and higher stats have a higher chance. Since higher stats are easier to get, you end up with rapid inflation of encounter difficulty rating, going from a whole bunch of 3's to 5's (maybe 8) for a challenge (with a stray 11 or two), then quantum-leaping up to 18 &20. My first full Cloud 10 playthrough (getting all the stats I could up to 20, the highest amount required for any encounter) ended with my Perception just making it up to 3! Having been stuck at "1" for hours and hours on end, from the very beginning!

This reminds me of my first Witches and Wands playthru where my stat choices meant I couldn't raise my Broom Riding skill above 2 to save my life, where 3 was a specific threshold needed to open certain story arcs. What added insult to injury was that IF I'd been able to get that stat to 3, the MC would have been able to get TUTORING in the blasted skill! In other words, the student who genuinely NEEDS tutoring can't get it! As it was, that got me the bad ending, flunking out of Hogwarts when the semester ended. Frustrating as hell!

I'd prefer a system that makes the initial climb easier, but makes the higher (and kind of ludicrous) numbers harder to increase. Kind of like "the closer you get to lightspeed, the more energy you need to accelerate further". It's easy to do if you have a fixed cap for stats to act as an anchor point, but if stats are meant to be open-ended, the math gets trickier. You'd need some kind of inverse-exponential relation. OR, "you pays your money and you takes your chances", a la Akabur's amazing Princess Trainer, where after paying for training, at higher levels there's a greater chance the teaching fails. Non-refundable. You can always get more money and try again after you sleep on it.

I'm playing the public version, possibly an older public version at that (no Submission Level 2, no twins), so some of these things MIGHT have been addressed already. But what I found:

(2) Mehra's Fall -> Outer Shell -> The Material, sufficient Booksmarts, you end up with two alternating pages of text that repeat infinitely, whereas the other options grey out and become inert once the success condition is fulfilled.

(3) "favors" for the Naval Supplies are not the same as Favors for Iannan, and the former appeared to not be enabled? Maybe change the terminology of one or the other to avoid confusion?

(4) when the MC is just starting out, the tooltips contain vital information. As others noted, it doesn't work on Android. It also doesn't work of one uses the keyboard assignments you so thoughtfully built into the interface, on a pc.

Now for the nitpicky stuff:

(5) One sex scene (I wish I remember which one) made reference to the MC doing something with one's "blue-veined cock"... even though the MC in question was born female and had steadfastly declined all changes. Unless that was someone else's cock, and I misread the scene? It was late in a binge-playthough and eyes were glazing over a bit. I know you wanted to get the transformational aspect out there ASAP, but there is some supreme irony in being asked to make your free changeover something like 30 seconds after you just picked your MC's birth gender starting the game!

(6) After the MC "Puts Inannan on her back"), the legend on the [Reduce Submission] button IMO ought to be changed to read [Increase Dominance]

(7) with such AWESOME transformation abilities at one's fingertips, it might be nice to be able to change things like skin tone, hair length, style, and color? It's too bad the breast size change was so specifically keyed to personality traits (big = lactating submissive bimbo), it would have been nice to have some voluntary regulation of it. Were you perhaps planning to include that later, as an advanced relationship-with-Iannan perk? Appealing to a broad audience also means "bigger is not necessarily better".

I know, I'm pretty opinionated for a guy that's having trouble sparing even another $1/month (autopaying pledges overdrew my checking account a couple months ago! blame the pandemic), but thanks for reading.

Quick notes of my gameplay experience on two binged playthroughs:

keep about 96-100 scrap on hand after selling at base, aka 5 armor replacement. I got good at combat timing, only rarely took hull damage; as long as I could rebuild that much armor (even if not to full) I could be 15+ jumps away from home and still be ok. Warp Home only as a last resort!

jiminies and jetpacks were essential, laser cutters meh (skills compensate quickly), redshirt generators never used.

Given the current skill development situation, the best character builds were either Perception primary/Booksmarts secondary or vice versa. I found Booksmarts primary to be a better way to go. That turns you into a Data-Gathering fiend (hello scientists, hello Jackdaw!), but a little weak on Scrap-finding. This may change once those skills are buyable.

All-around stat loss from becoming Un-Nerved makes it a lousy way curry favor with Inannan (and expensive to retrain); wander around until you hit the "I'm LOST!" event and then [Panic!] even if the better options are available to you. Don't be afraid to "fail" a time or two.

I've been having a hard time finding the new content in the public patches for a few months now, Initially I thought that maybe the content was simply variations for characters with vaginas (femboy pc here) but I can't tell any difference in what text code can be dug up through the browser. Is the public version of the game not updating correctly or have I just missed the content because I don't know what I'm looking for? The vague updates on the tfgs site are not helping.

@Shremedy One thing I want to mention is that I don't get notifications for replies to this thread, but I do over on TFGames or F95. Also the Discord is sem-private. Patrons can join and then invite whoever they want. To get answers to your questions you might be better off asking @Nonesuch
