Don't even think to executing any exe from such sites, check file size (current 38 866 546 bytes, ~37MB).

That's a little more technical than I'm used to. And I'm pretty leery about those ad heavy file sharing sites and things that ask you to sign up or download something in order to use their services. But one of the ones you linked to did end up working out so thanks.
The public patch is already out, and has been out for days. Fen is sick so he hasn't put out any patchnotes, but 7.210 is live for public right now.
Yeah 210 is what it tries to download if I attempt it from the play page so I figured that was the public version.

Ye I didn't see about the 0.7.210, but I think Fen made it public because he's not sure when he'll recover and didn't want people to go a month without a public patch, but he still said "maybe another piece of content for the public patch to come when I'm well" so I assume there will be another one? Or that he'll just change it into a backer patch, I don't know
