You're behind on things I'm afraid. The update from March 11 added a special event where Shade can send you an email randomly on Uveto asking you to come help her in her apartment, where she disarms you at the door and brings you into her bedroom to see... Amara Faell, dread lord of the black void, tied up and naked. Then she tells you to get over your differences with her. Personally, this is one of my favorite scenes from the whole game, just everything about it is perfect, and it made me really love Amara and wish the faction stuff was implemented so I could interact with her more often. Or at least that Shade would invite me again so I could try out the threesome option there.
The wiki is always behind on things, it needs to be updated to reflect anything that's changed. As far as I know stats of Armor and stuff haven't been updated yet since before the Depthsuit came out, which is somewhat annoying because I like to look at the list to compare benefits to come up with builds.
Yes, as the wiki is not updated yet and I didn't want to spend too much time trying to achieve the impossible...

I lied, there is no real math to do. But seeing how Steele is, at most 22 when all starts to happen, and Anno worked for Steele for three years, and before that she had a job at R&D elsewhere, and before that, she made her doctor, I think it is fair to assume both Anno and Kaede are technically older then Captain Steele. Or at most, Kaede is not significantly younger then the captain.
Anyways, what I was trailing away from: Anno is probably at least in her late 20s. Closer to 30 then the other way around.
Not sure if the Water Queens Brood will age as rapidly outside of the womb as they did inside, 42 days is pretty short, but I doubt that the ravskel are ready to go in a few, short years.

But that quick? Actually, judging by Shekkas ability to make inteligence-tests on the ones from her quest, I can see it...
Also, I think age has to be seen in relation to Steele. Anno is 28? May be true, but Jill has some agent shadowing Meadow Steele since 200 years preparing for the corperate takeover with her offspring, and Anno would still be 28.
Time is relative. Also, it would be a pain in the ass to age every character by days in-game spent. I think just about all of the kids in the nursery are designed to stay in the tater tots stage, with the Water Princesses being the only ones talking about college plans in the near future.
On the other hand, I am pretty sure there is a school in the nursery, and not just a kindergarten.
Anno is 28; Kaede is 25. And yeah, almost all fuckable NPCs are cougaring Captain Steele. It was especially funny when Steele was only 18, before the age bump to nebulous 20-22. Anno had a whole decade on her boss and ausar age a little more quickly than humans do, too.
By ausar standards Anno's lewds are already starting to get the [MILF] tag on them online.
Teachers are mentioned, and I think there's plans for k-12 education.
The laquine kids if old enough do have some class activties you can either watch in or crash in on. Hard to say what grade they are though, seeing as it's the year 5XXX, some of the 'advanced' learning we have now might just be common knowledge for the people that live in the TiTS verse.
